Constructing Education And Training Model And System Of New Vocational Farmers Based On Intelligent Agriculture

Intelligent agriculture includes production and management,production includes mechanization,automation,intelligence and information.The new vocational farmer is an advanced farmer who can use the intelligent agricultural technology to produce,manage and operate.The development of intelligent agriculture needs the research and development of technology,and the ultimate goal of the research and development is to apply the technology in agriculture.The research on constructing a new training model and system for vocational farmer intelligent agriculture as the training content will be more conducive to improving the effectiveness of education and training,therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical significance for promo ting the development and popularization of intelligent agriculture.In this paper,I investigate the farmers in Yangji Town,Xiayi County,Hena Province and Juzi Administrative,XinzhengCity,Henan Province,questionnaires are distributed,collected and counted.And using the relevant data in Dr.Zhang Liang's thesis,the relevant data was analyzed synthetically,it is concl uded that there are some problems in the process of farmers training,such as lack of planning,lack of pertinence,repeated training,training lag,lack of systematic,and so on.The basic reason for the low enthusiasm,waste of resources and low efficiency of farmers participation in training is the lack of a systematic education and training model and system.In this paper,intelligent agriculture technology will be used as the content of farmers training,a new training system and model was constructed for vocational farmers with Feedback and evaluation.T ? training system consists of five parts: decisionmaking management system,demand investigation and analysis system,Curriculum system,faculty construction,feedback evaluation system.Thedecision-making management system solves how to train,needs survey analysis and curriculum development address the issue of what will being trained,the construction of the teaching staff solves who will train,feedback evaluation system is the guarantee and improvement of training effect.Learning from the cultivation mode of “learning organization”,in this paper,it was expounded how to better implement the new vocational farmer framework system under th e background of intelligent agriculture in practice.A stronger government or training institutions structure of a specific,detailed,systematic and feasible training system according to characteristics of different regions.
