China is not only the world's largest tobacco consumer,but also the world's largest tobacco producer and grower.Among them,Yunnan Province is the largest province for tobacco planting in China.It has a unique geographical climate and a good natural environment,and has become a holy place for producing excellent tobacco leaves.According to the National Bureau of Statistics,the tobacco planting area in Yunnan reached 424.6 thousand hectares in 2017,the total income of tobacco farmers exceeded 12 billion yuan,and the tobacco leaf tax was 2.7 billion yuan.Tobacco leaves are an important part of Yunnan's agriculture and an important pillar industry of Yunnan's agricultural and rural economy,which plays an important role in Yunnan's economic development.Affected by the land management model of Yunnan Province,large-scale planting is subject to multiple restrictions,and the promotion of mechanized transplanting is limited.In order to increase the yield of tobacco planting in Yunnan Province,it is necessary to implement large-scale and mechanized planting.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)A large number of relevant literatures were reviewed,and the current domestic and international tobacco production and tobacco planting were compared.The tobacco planting in Yunnan was mainly analyzed.The transplanting and sub-membrane transplanting of tobacco seedlings were compared.The ratio of yield,output value and superior tobacco is better than that of transplanting small seedlings.The research status of transplanting machine on tobacco seedling film at home and abroad is analyzed.Research and development of key components of membrane transplanters.(2)The three-dimensional modeling of the transplanting machine on the tobacco seedling membrane was carried out.The working principle of the transplanting machine on the tobacco seedling membrane,the structure of the whole machine and the main technical parameters were introduced.The transmission system of the transplanting machine on the tobacco seedling membrane was The detailed designanalysis and calculation of the frame system,transplanting system and seedling cup rotation system were carried out.(3)The mathematical model of the planting mechanism was established.The simulation program was programmed by MATLAB to create the auxiliary analysis interface of the GUI planting mechanism.The influence of the main parameters on the trajectory of the planting site was analyzed.The influence of each parameter was used to solve the main parameters of the planting mechanism.(4)The influencing factors of the planting mechanism were optimized by orthogonal experiment in the optimal interval,and the contribution rate of each influencing factor to the planting point trajectory,the angle between the in-situ point and the tangential point of the unearthed point,and the distance between the in-and-out points were analyzed.The main influencing factors,combined with the agronomic requirements of tobacco seedling cultivation,obtain the optimal value in each factor interval,so that the trajectory is close to the ideal trajectory,and a better set of parameters is obtained.(5)Based on ADAMS,the kinematics simulation analysis of the optimized transplanting mechanism of the tobacco seedling transplanting machine was carried out,and the speed and acceleration curves were obtained without the rapid inflection point,and the rationality of the optimized planting mechanism of the transplanting machine on the tobacco seedling membrane was verified.(6)Based on ANSYS,the static analysis of the frame of the transplanted tobacco transplanter under full load conditions verified that the overall strength and stiffness of the frame meet the safety requirements.(7)Based on the modal analysis of ANSYS on the frame of the transplanting machine on the smoked seedling,the first-order bending and first-order torsional frequency of the frame are obtained,and the minimum excitation frequency of the engine and the maximum frequency of the road excitation are compared,so that the resonance can be effectively avoided.Phenomenon,verify that the overall structure of the frame meets the dynamic characteristics requirements.
