Affected by the climatic environment of Yunnan Province,the annual survival rate and the continuous decline of tobacco seedlings have been continuously caused by drought.Agricultural scientific researchers have developed a new planting technique for under-film seedling cultivation,which has improved the yield of tobacco seedlings and solved various problems caused by the climatic environment.In order to adapt to the needs of submerged tobacco seedling cultivation technology,improve labor productivity,reduce labor intensity and save labor costs,this master's thesis has developed a small electric rupture film seedling mulch suitable for use in mountainous hilly areas.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Through consulting a large number of literatures,we can understand the basic conditions of the natural environment,temperature and climate,planting environment and growth conditions required for tobacco planting,and further understand each process of the cultivation of tobacco seedlings under the membrane;It also compares the current development status of earth-covering machines,earth-crushing machines and membrane breakers at home and abroad,and thus establishes the key functional components of the machine to be developed and designed as well as the overall design of small electric film-breaking mufflers.(2)Using SolidWorks to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the whole machine,the working principle,structure and main technical parameters of the small electric film-breaking mulch machine were introduced.(3)Based on ABAQUS,the static analysis of the small electric rupture-covering machine body frame under full load conditions,verifying that the overall strength and rigidity of the body frame meets safety requirements.Then,the modal analysis of the small electric rupture-covering machine body frame obtains the first-order bending and first-order torsional frequency of the body frame,and compares the minimum excitation frequency of the motor with the maximum frequency of the road excitation,so that the resonance phenomenon can be effectively avoided.Verify that the overall structure of the body frame meets the dynamic characteristics requirements.(4)Based on the ABAQUS analysis of the failure stress of the rupture film on the black film,the simulated stress value is small and can not damage the black seedlings.(5)Based on ABAQUS,the static and modal analysis of the carrier of the membrane-covered soil system is carried out.It is verified that the strength and stiffness of the carrier meet the safety requirements and the resonance phenomenon does not occur under the working condition.(6)nalyze the soil grabbing model,and verify that the soil borrowing task can be completed under the working condition;At the same time,the dynamics analysis of the borrowing mechanism was carried out,and the research and development design met the work requirements.(7)Calculate the soil-breaking capacity of the soil-removing mechanism and the shearing force of the soil,and simulate the force of the soil-removing mechanism in the working state,and verify that the mechanism can achieve the purpose of shearing the soil.
