In order to further screen out the 'Ruiyang' and 'Ruixue' rootstock combinations which are most suitable for the development of Qingyang area,this experiment uses the 'Ruiyang'and 'Ruixue' saplings planted in spring 2016 as the experimental materials.The intermediate anvils are M26,B9,T337,SH38,the root anvil are Xinjiang wild apples,in which M26 is used as a control.The tree structure,leaf growth characteristics,photosynthesis,nutrient elements of leaves and cold resistance of different rootstock combinations are studied.The main test results show that:1?With M26,SH38 and T337 as the intermediate anvil,the growth of the scion tree is large,the branching force is strong,and the tree is prosperous;with B9 as the intermediate anvil,the tree grows slowly and the tree is weak.2?The effects of different intermediate anvils on leaf quality were significant.The leaf quality of M26 was better than that of other three intermediate anvils in terms of leaf area,leaf thickness and specific leaf weight.The relative water content of SH38 was better than that of M26 and B9.The quality of the leaves of T337 is relatively poor.The difference in nutrient elements between different intermediate anvil leaves is small.3?The photosynthetic capacity of different rootstock combinations was different.The photosynthetic capacity of M26 and T337 and B9 were similar,and the chlorophyll content was similar.The chlorophyll content of SH38 was significantly lower than that of M26,B9 and T337,and the photosynthetic performance was poor.4?The grafting affinity of different rootstocks was significantly different.The grafting affinity of SH38 was the best.The grafting affinity of M26 and B9 was similar,and the grafting affinity of T337 was the worst.5 ? The cold resistance of different rootstock combinations showed that B9 had the strongest cold resistance,and the cold resistance of SH38 and M26 was different among different varieties,and T337 had the worst cold resistance.
