Salvia miltiorrhiza was used as the experimental material.CK1 was set as low amount of inorganic fertilizer,namely controlled-release urea 185 kg/hm2,diammonium phosphate 125kg/hm2 and potassium sulfate 196 kg/hm2,CK2 was set as high amount inorganic fertilizer,namely controlled-release urea 277 kg/hm2,diammonium phosphate 188 kg/hm2,and potassium sulfate 294 kg/hm2.The fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii combined with inorganic fertilizer treatments included S1:6000 kg/hm2 fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer,namely low amount of fungal residue combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer;S2:6000 kg/hm2 fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii combined with high amount of inorganic fertilizer,namely low amount of fungal residue combined with high amount of inorganic fertilizer;S3:9000 kg/hm2 fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer,namely high amount of fungal residue combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer;S4:9000 kg/hm2fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii combined with high amount of inorganic fertilizer,namely high amount of fungal residue combined with high amount of inorganic fertilizer.To study the effects of fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii combined with inorganic fertilizer on the root growth and development of Salvia miltiorrhiza,soil characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics of leaves and nutrient uptake of plants,To clarify the physiological mechanism of improving yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza by fungal residue combined with inorganic fertilizer.To obtain the optimum proportion and the dosage of fungal residue and inorganic fertilizer.The main results was as follows:1 Soil fertility was improved by the fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii combined with inorganic fertilizerApplication of fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii improved soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content?available phosphorus content and available potassium content.In the late stage of Salvia miltiorrhiza,The contents of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and available potassium in S3 treatment with high amount of fungal residue and low amount of inorganic fertilizer were the highest.The contents of available phosphorus in S4 treatment with high amount of fungal residue and high amount of inorganic fertilizer were the highest.The amount of soil fungi,bacteria and actinomycetes treated with the high amount of fungal residue was higher than that treated with the low amount of fungal residue.The number of soil microorganisms treated with high inorganic fertilizer contrast CK2 was higher than that treated with low inorganic fertilizer contrast CK1.Soil enzyme activity can be improved by the combination of fungal residue and inorganic fertilizer.In the late stage of Salvia miltiorrhiza growth and development,the urease activity and catalase activity of soil treated with high amount of fungal residue combined with high amount of inorganic fertilizer S4 were higher than other treatments.The sucrase activity of soil treated with high amount of fungal residue combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer S3 was the best.2 The accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in Salvia miltiorrhiza were increased by the combination of the fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii and inorganic fertilizerIn the early stage of Salvia miltiorrhiza,there was no significant difference in NPK accumulation between treatments,The differences among different treatments of Salvia miltiorrhiza in later growth period increased gradually,The accumulation of NPK was the highest in both above ground and underground parts by high amount of fungal residue combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer S3 treatment,It can promote the nutrient absorption of Salvia miltiorrhiza.3 The growth of root system of Salvia miltiorrhiza was promoted by the combination with fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii and inorganic fertilizerThe total root length,total surface area and total volume with root diameter?2 mm and root diameter?2 mm increased with the development of Salvia miltiorrhiza.In the late growth period of Salvia miltiorrhiza,The total root length,total surface area and total volume of Salvia miltiorrhiza root were significantly increased by high amount of fungal residue combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer S3 treatment.The taproot length,taproot diameter and laterial root of the treatment with the high amount of fungal residue combined with inorganic fertilizer were all higher than that of the treatment with the low amount of fungal residue combined with inorganic fertilizer,High amount inorganic fertilizer contrast CK2 treatment was higher than low amount inorganic fertilizer contrast CK1 treatment,The taproot length and split root number of Salvia miltiorrhiza were significantly increased by high amount of fungal residue combined with high amount of inorganic fertilizer S4 treatment,The taproot thick of Salvia miltiorrhiza was increased by high amount of fungal residue combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer S3 treatment.To sum up,High amount of fungal residue combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer S3 was beneficial to root growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza.4 The yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza were improved by the combination with fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii and inorganic fertilizer.The yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza was significantly increased by high amount of fungal residue combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer S3,followed by high amount of fungal residue combined with high amount of inorganic fertilizer S4,The yield of high amount of inorganic fertilizer CK2 was higher than that of low amount of inorganic fertilizer contrast CK1.Cryptotanshinone?dihydrotanshinone and Tanshinone?A content in contrast CK2treatment with high amount of inorganic fertilizer were the highest,Tanshinone?content in S4treatment with high amount of fungal residue and high amount of inorganic fertilizer were the highest.Salvianolic acid content was significantly increased by high amount of fungal residue combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer S3 treatment.In summary,Considering the factors of yield and quality,the best treatment was S3:9000 kg/hm2 fungal residue of Pleurotus eryngii combined with low amount of inorganic fertilizer.
