Ecological forest is an important category of forest resources in China.It is a kind of public resource,which has the functions of maintaining ecological balance and promoting t he sustainable development of human society,and carrying the mission of ecological civili zation construction in China.The function of ecological public welfare forest depends on t he management and protection of ecological public welfare forest and its compensation be nefit.As the main beneficiaries of ecological public welfare forest protection and management,Farmers is the main beneficiaries of compensation for ecological public welfare forest,and its willingness to evaluate the compensation and management of ecological public welfare forest has important influence on the revision and management of ecological public welfare forest.Jinzhai County,Anhui Province for the forestry county,the research on the basis of research at home and abroad,research and selection as a typical representative of the mountain counties,in a detailed understanding of the county ecological forest management model,the status quo,after the problem,Interviews and questionnaires in the way,in the county 23 townships,a modern industrial park in the selection of 7 townships of 642 households for the research object,try to forest farmers from the ecological welfare forest management and care satisfaction,compensation needs,compensation standards And other aspects as the main point of the paper,to carry out the farmers of the current public welfare forest compensation evaluation and selection of exploratory research and evaluation analysis.The results showed that Farmers had higher satisfaction with the effect of ecological public welfare forest management,and the compensation demand of ecological public welfare forest was higher,and it was hoped to improve the compensation standard of ecological public welfare forest.Multinomial Logit regression analysis of the survey data was carried out by Stata software.The basic characteristics of the situation,the basic characteristics of the family and the wishes of the farmers for the ecological public welfare forest management and maintenance personnel have a choice.Among them,the younger the head of the family,the lower the level of education,the more the area of forest land and the existing ranger families are more inclined to choose a fair and wide coverage,and the greater the proportion of labor force in the family population,High forest farmers are willing to choose the rotation,and that the management and supervision mechanism is not in place of the farmers are more inclined to give a few people a high salary.In the results of the survey and analysis,it is concluded that the responsibility of ecological public welfare forest is not clear in the management,compensation and compensation of ecological public welfare forest,and there are some problems such as the welfare of public welfare forest and the serious lack of specialization of ecological management forest.On the basis of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions and suggestions on improving the management mechanism of ecological public welfare forest,selecting appropriate management and protection methods,strengthening the construction of specialization team of forest and agriculture,and improving the compensation amount of forest farmers.
