Transplanting rice bowl seedlings is a planting technique that can effectively increase rice yield.However,foreign transplanting organizations are expensive and complicated in structure,and are not suitable for China's national conditions.However,domestic rice seedling transplanting organizations have problems such as low working efficiency,poor erectness of the transplanted rice seedlings,and affecting later growth of rice seedlings.Therefore,this paper proposes a three-arm rotary rice bowl seedling transplanting mechanism for the existing problems.By setting three identical transplanting arms on the same set of transplanting mechanisms,the rice bowl seedling transplanting efficiency is effectively improved.The rice seedling in bowl may incline forward because of the forward movement of the transplanting arm.In oeder to solve this problem,this paper use local absolute motion track to find local relative motion track.The main research contents and results of this article are as follows:1)The current research status of existing rice bowl seedling transplanting mechanisms is discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of different rice bowl seedling transplanting mechanisms are analyzed.The range of important parameters such as the seedling angle of the collecting and transplanting mechanism was determined through the study of the rice bowl seedling transplanting process,and the range of the size of the transplanting mechanism was determined through a combination of theoretical calculation and experience.2)Use MATLAB platform to develop "Auxiliary Analysis and Optimization of Three-arm Rotary Rice Bowl Seedling Transplanting Mechanism" software.The local relative motion trajectory was inversely obtained by giving the local absolute motion trajectory,and we can get the data points of the relative motion track in ideal state referring to the relative motion track in ideal state.Fitting relative motion trace with cubic B-spline and the transmission ratio of the corresponding open chain two-bar mechanism is obtained.The data points on transmission ratio curve was selected,and we got a set of relative motion trajectories which can be realized by non-circular gear that meet the requirements and pitch curve of noncircular gear by adjusting the position of the data points.3)The 3D model of the transplanting mechanism is established using SOLIDWORKS and import it into ADAMS for virtual prototype simulation.The virtual simulation track of transplanting mechanism is consistent with the theoretical design track.4)Th e prototype of three arm rotation transplanting mechanism of rice seedling in bowl is developed and the experiment of seedling collection was carried out,and the working track of transplanting mechanism is tested.The test track is basically the same as the theoretical track.When the rotation speed of transplanting mechanism is 70r/min,the efficiency of seedling collection can reach 210 plants/min,and the success rate is more than 94%.This verifies the correctness of this design.
