With the advance of agricultural modernization,new agricultural technologies and new crop products have been widely used.The main grain-producing areas in Inner Mongolia are important commodity grain bases.Among them,the west liaohe river basin,maize yield more than ten years in a row for harvest,however,restricts the corn meeted problems gradually appear,don't match between the efficient use of water and high yield,traditional way of irrigation water waste is serious,phosphate fertilizer,nitrogen use efficiency is low,and the west liaohe river basin production conditions the characteristics of the chill of spring drought,maize yield is not stable.To solve this problem,the Inner Mongolia autonomous region agricultural research institutes,agricultural technology popularization departments at all levels and planting corn production main body joint development integrated with an efficient maize yield of cucumber and without membrane residues of corn without membrane cucumber cultivation technology,shallow embedding in the experiment for a large area of west liaohe river basin.Based on the research data of the new agricultural operators in the xiliaohe river basin in Inner Mongolia,this paper USES the data envelopment analysis method to analyze the influence of the film-free shallow burial drip irrigation technology on the production technical efficiency of the new agricultural operators.The results show that the average comprehensive technical efficiency of the new agricultural operators in the xiliaohe river basin in 2018 and 2019 is 0.88 under the traditional technology,and there is an obvious loss of technical efficiency.The average comprehensive technical efficiency of corn under shallow imbricated drip irrigation without film was 0.94,which greatly improved the technical efficiency and realized cost saving and yield increasing.Based on this,it is proposed to vigorously promote the demonstration and application of film-free shallow burial drip irrigation technology,increase the input of agricultural science and technology service,and improve the efficiency of maize planting.
