As one of the main methods of straw treatment in modern times,wrapped silage technology is of great significance for the development of animal husbandry.The most important part of the wrapping silage technology is the wrapping silage equipment,and the main wrapping silage equipment is the baling and wrapping machine.However,there is a lack of large-scale baling and wrapping equipment in China.Most of the baling and wrapping machines used are small-scale machines,which have low efficiency and low automation.Generally,the baling and wrapping are operated separately.In view of the lack of large-scale baling and wrapping equipment in China,the research and development of large-scale baling and wrapping equipment is of great practical significance to improve the wrapping efficiency of silage forage and the economic development of agriculture and animal husbandry.For this reason,according to the operation requirements of the machine,this paper designs the semi hanging chassis and feeding system,and carries out the loading and bundling test of the prototype.The main research work and design of this paper are as follows:1)Consult the relevant research data,and determine the design scheme of loading system and chassis according to the design requirements.According to the design scheme,the structural design of the chassis and feeding parts is completed,including the main parts such as the horizontal conveying device,the inclined conveying device,the bulk roller,the frame and the rear axle,and the strength of the key transmission parts is checked.Through the calculation of the consumed power of each working part,the selection calculation of the hydraulic actuator and transmission part is completed.2)Based on ADAMS,the dynamic analysis of the baling and wrapping machine is carried out,and the dynamic load value of the frame is obtained.On this basis,the finite element analysis of the frame is carried out by ANSYS,and the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram of the frame are obtained under the traction and fixed working conditions.The results show that the total structural stress is less than the yield stress of the material,so the frame designed in this paper meets the strength requirements Please.The finite element analysis of the rear axle is carried out by using ANSYS,and the structural reliability of the rear bridge body,axle and connecting pin axle under the gravity load and traction of the whole machine is verified.3)Based on the selected hydraulic actuator,the power component selection of the hydraulic system is completed,and the design of the hydraulic system is completed on this basis.By analyzing the working process and working environment of the baler,the selection of controller and sensor is completed,and the control program of the feeding system is designed with the programming software of the controller.4)Based on the physical prototype of the baler,the feeding and baling experiments were carried out to test the performance of the whole machine.The test shows that the control system of the whole machine is stable,the feeding system is even and unblocked,which meets the design requirements.
