With the rapid economic development of our country, continuously improvement of people's living standards, people not only satisfied to eat, but also for healthy eating, which means that people would pay more and more attention to the quality safety of agricultural products.The pesticide residues is the key factors of the quality safety of agricultural products, to ensure the quality safety of agricultural products, measures should be carried out, which include strengthening publicity and training, enhaning management in the agrochemical market, enlarging the intensity of examination etc. In the last three years,combined with my actual work, through access to literature,and practice surveys , the data of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables of Baqiao Distric in recent four years was statistical analyzed.After that,important results has been obtained as follows:(1)By studing and analying the last four years detection data of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables of BaQiao, following characteristics has been acquired: the number of samples increased year by year, Pass rate has increased annually; sample types increased year by year, the scope of supervision expanded continously; over standard rate of pre-production process was significantly lower than the circulation; pesticide residues exceeding in vegetables was higher than in fruits;pesticide residues exceeding shown normal distribution monthly; pesticide residues exceeding had obvious seasonality.(2)according to years of practice experience of monitoring and field trip, found that the main reasons of pesticide residues exceeding in fruits and vegetables as following: poor awareness of drug-using safety of farmers; low management level of standardized production of fruits and vegetables, slow pace of pollution-free production bases; Vulnerability management of pesticide market; dampen the enthusiasm of farmers for production, as higher prices for better quality fruits and vegetables was difficult to achieve;the influx of imported fruits and vegetables, increased the difficulty of regulation in the circulation; pesticide residue testing system was not perfect as well as the grass-roots network of agricultural extension. (3)To ensure quality safety of fruits and vegetables, the following measures was proposed: enhance the publicity and training of drug-using safety technology for farmers; accelerate the pace of pollution-free bases of standardization of fruits and vegetables; strengthen the management of pesticide market as well as the supervision of quality safety of fruits and vegetables; enhance the publicity of supervision, purify the environment of brand;establish sound system of fruits and vegetables from origin and market access;improve the supervision system of quality safety of fruits and vegetables, construction the pesticide regulation and agricultural credit system; establish quality safety risks early warning mechanism of fruits and vegetables.
