This study is based on the existing quinoa germplasm resources, through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of plant height, yield, nutrient content and edible taste at the seedling stage of quinoa, and screening of good quinoa strains suitable for vegetable use,and then explore the matching Cultivation Techniques. The specific research results are as follows:1.Perform plant height, true leaf number, and true leaf counts on 10 test quinoa strains Nsl-106398,Ames-13742,HZLM-1,HZLM-2,GT272,QA55,MYSQ-1,GT349,HT1,GT230-5 The comprehensive analysis of yield, nutrient content and post-eating evaluation showed that the Nsl-106398 strain had high various indexes and was a good strain suitable for vegetable use.The plant height, number of true leaves and yield of the Nsl-106398 strain were higher than those of the other 9 tested lines. The plant height, number of true leaves and yield reached 38.5 cm,10 slices and12500.41 kg/hm~2,respectively.In terms of nutrient content, the Nsl-106398 strain has the lowest nitrate content at 1355.00 mg/kg,of which the nitrate content of the four strains HZLM-1,HZLM-2,MYSQ-1 and GT349 exceeds the standard, which can be directly excluded from vegetable use.The total sugar and fat content of the Nsl-106398 strain was higher,2.46 g/kg and 1.61 g/kg,respectively.In addition, the crude protein and vitamin C content of Nsl-106398 was higher in 10 strains,reaching104.33 mg/kg and 378 mg/kg,respectively.The edible evaluation score Nsl-106398strain was the highest, reaching 9.56.Among them, the new quinoa line"Nsl-106398"was named"Ji Quinoa No.1",its growth period is 35 days, the plant type is erect, the average plant height is 38.3 cm,the mu density is 16,571 plants/mu,and the leaf color is dark green. The leaves are duck palm-shaped,with green wavy teeth.2.The influence of different sowing amount and picking height on the yield of Jiquinoa No.1,the results showed that when the picking height of quinoa seedlings is35 cm,the optimal seeding rate is 35 kg/hm~2,and the maximum yield is 11110kg/hm~2.3.The effect of different application rates of nitrogen fertilizer and base to dressing ratio on the plant height and yield of Jiquinoa No.1.The results showed that when the total amount of nitrogen fertilizer was controlled at 25 kg per mu and the base to dressing ratio was 1:2,Jiquinoa The plant height and yield of Mai 1 were 45.8cm and 11437 kg/hm~2,respectively.Moreover,top dressing was easier to increase yield than base fertilizer in production.4.The results of the study of the control effect of different dilution multiples of biogas slurry on gray mold and downy mildew of Jiquinoa No.1 seedlings showed that under the treatment of 3-fold dilution of biogas slurry,The incidence of Botrytis cinerea and Downy mildew pathogens in Jiquinoa No.1 seedlings was 2.5%and 5%respectively.5.Research on the effects of different types and concentrations of quinoa seed coating on underground pest control shows that when the coating agent is No.3 and the optimal concentration is 1:30,the germination rate, germination potential, emergence of quinoa seeds and quinoa The growth and development effect of seedlings is the best, the germination rate is 94.3%,the germination potential is 53.4%,the plant height can reach 16.7 cm,the root length reaches 6.21 cm and the whole The fresh weight of the plant is 2.12 g.In summary, the new quinoa line"Nsl-106398"or"Ji Quinoa No.1"is an excellent quinoa line suitable for vegetable use.Its suitable supporting technology is when the sowing rate is 35 kg/hm~2,and the nitrogen fertilizer rate per mu 25 kg,the base-dressing ratio is 1:2,the seed coating agent No.3 and the concentration is 1:30,the yield is highest when the picking height is 35 cm.In addition, the treatment of 3times diluted biogas slurry has the best resistance to gray mold and downy mildew.
