Clinical Observation On The Influence Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding On Diabetes Phlegm Constitution Patients

Purpose:The phlegm and constitution is the main constitution type of patients with diabetes(type 2 diabetes).In recent years,studies on the phlegm and constitution of diabetes have been increasingly paid attention by scholars,and clinical research on improving the non-drug treatment of diabetic phlegm and constitution Rare.Therefore,in this study,the clinical observation of the influence of acupoint catgut embedding method on diabetic phlegm constitution patients was conducted to explore the mechanism of this method for diabetic phlegm constitution patient related indicators and constitutional improvement,in order to prevent diabetes and improve diabetes phlegm constitution exploration new Ideas to provide clinical reference.method:Selecting outpatients and inpatients from the Department of Endocrinology of the Academy of Chinese Medicinal Sciences of Heilongjiang Province from April 2017 to January 2018,according to Wang Qi' s "Diagnostic Criteria for TCM Phlegm Constitution" as a research object,diabetics meeting the criteria for phlegm and constitution Cases,and voluntarily accept acupuncture catgut embedding treatment.Randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basal insulin plus metformin,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding + basal insulin + metformin.Acupoints were implanted at Tianshu,Zhongyu,Zusanli,Fenglong,Weixiashuyu,Pishu,Yinlingquan,Shenshu,Guanyuan,once a week for 8 weeks.And regularly measure body weight and waist circumference.All patients measured relevant laboratory indicators and TCM constitution scores before and after intervention.Result:By t-test and one-way analysis of variance,there was no significant difference in the age and gender of patients in the pre-intervention and control groups,which were comparable.The weight and waist circumference of the treatment group decreased after treatment.The treatment group was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in waist circumference in the control group.Fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,blood lipids,and TCM constitution scores were significantly decreased before and after treatment in the two groups,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P>0.05).in conclusion:The acupoint embedding method has obvious improvement in the constitution of patients with diabetes mellitus phlegm constitution,but also can reduce the waist circumference,body weight,blood glucose,blood lipids and other indicators of diabetic phlegm constitution,and its therapeutic effect is better than simple insulin treatment.
