| Objectives:In this topic, we use the measure of nourishing yin to reduce pathogenic fire,clearing the liver Qi,removing blood stasis and inducing resuscitation as entry point, in order to observe the changes of quality of life (QOL) and clinical efficacy of treating tinnitus with the pattern of deficiency of kidney and stagnation of liver qi by zhibaidihuang decoction and danzhixiaoyaosan, have a knowledge of the predominance in treating tinnitus with the pattern of deficiency of kidney and stagnation of liver qi by zhibaidihuang decoction and danzhixiaoyaosan, and accumulate several datas for treating tinnitus with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this topic, according to a random number table, the patients were divided into two groups:the test group of 30 cases were treated with zhibaidihuang decoction and danzhixiaoyaosan, and the control group were treated with erlongzuoci pill, at the same time,both groupes were given the therapeutic massage of mingtiangu. Both groups were given treatment for 28 days. During the therapeutic period, we observed the changes of the patients'symptoms, changes of QOL of the patients and adverse reactions. The collected data were marshaled, then analyzed by using SPSS (17.0 verson)Results: According to the statistical analyze,the compare of two groups of Patients'clinical efficacy and quality of live, P<0.05. It implies that there are significant differences in the total efficacy between zhibaidihuang decoction and danzhixiaoyaosan and erlongzuoci pill.Conclusion: The study shows that the tinnitus of deficiency of kidney and stagnation of liver qi is one normal case of tinnitus. zhibaidihuang decoction and danzhixiaoyaosan have a role of nourishing yin to reduce pathogenic fire,clearing the liver Qi,removing blood stasis and inducing resuscitation. It can better control patients'symptoms and signs. It is worth to promote and further clinical research and development.
