| Objective: brucellosis in jilin province taonan area epidemiological methods: selection in October 2007 to September 2017 years of taonan in baicheng region,eight street six towns population of 10 townships in pastoral areas of brucellosis sampling,39836 people in the investigation.The investigator automatically flows into the medical unit with the qualification: the first hospital of jilin university for diagnosis and treatment.The laboratory of infection of the hospital was conducted to test and count the serum,bone marrow,other bodily fluids,or feces of the patients in taonan area.By using the method of statistical analysis of the human brucellosis infection patients and sick patients respectively on the epidemiological characteristics,clinical manifestation,laboratory examination and imaging data were analyzed using spatial statistical methods through other taonan area the geographical map of space of brucellosis infection patient and disease patient space regional epidemiological analysis results:(1)39836 people infected with brucellosis patients for1203 people,of patients with brucellosis is 572 people.Among them,there were 1203 infected males(71.9%)and 338 females(28.09%),and the ratio of male to female was2.56:1.The oldest person is 78 years old,the youngest is 4 years old,and the oldest person is20 to 60 years old.In general,medical treatment was conducted from march to September,and 657(54.61%)of the professional farmers,mainly with fever 1099(91.37%)and joint pain 591(49.13).Among 572 patients,437(76.4%)of the female patients(23.6%)were male and female(23.6%).1 age at most 72,minimum 5 years of age,within four months of480 cases,accounting for 83.9%,in 4 ~ 7 months of 52 cases,9% more than 7 months to see a doctor in 16 cases,accounting for 2.7%.Professional farmers,the main clinical manifestations are sweating,joint pain,fatigue and fever.The highest proportion of sweating was 87.41%,followed by joint pain,87.60%,anemic 68.18%,and fever: 68.18%.Hip pain was 50.52%;Lower back pain was secondary,accounting for 48.6%,and knee joint pain was41.95%.There were 382 cases of acute phase in patients with bulimia,accounting for66.78%,100 cases in subacute stage,17.4%,and 90 cases in chronic stage,accounting for15.7%,and the patients were mainly patients with acute stage.Main laboratory examination:elevated CRP in 496 cases(86.71%),increased the WBC in 276 cases(48.25%),imaging examination showed that normal 47 people,accounting for 8.21%,abnormal,525 people,accounting for 91.78%,154 cases of vertebral degeneration,accounted for 26.92%,next to the vertebral soft tissue involvement in 71 cases,accounting for 12.33%,67 cases of intervertebral disc inflammation,accounted for 11.74%,246 cases of vertebral canal involvement,accounting for 43.02.%,intervertebral disc of 63 cases,accounted for11.01%;There were 27 cases of intervertebral disc herniation,accounting for 4.74 percent,and 23 cases of sacroiliac arthritis,accounting for 3.94%.3 cases of hip degeneration,3.14 percent,40 cases of hip arthritis,7.03 percent,and 56 cases of hip effusion,accounting for9.85 percent.There were 6 cases of knee degenerative changes,accounting for 1.14%.Therewere 5 cases of knee arthritis,accounting for 0.81%.There were 9 cases of knee cavity effusion,accounting for 1.53%.Six cases of cerebral infarction were combined,accounting for 1.14%.The epidemiological results of the space region show that the trend of the north to the middle and the west to the east gradually increases.Therefore,the development of animal husbandry is the main factor of brucellosis distribution. |
