Objective:To explore the long-term effects of high voltage electric burn on serum FIB,Brinase,PF-5 in healthy adult SD rats and the effects of Ulinastatin and Xuebijing.Methods:A total of 350 clean grade SD rats were randomly divided into the control group,electric injury group,saline group,Xuebijing group and ulinastatin group(UTI group).Each group consisted of 70 rats.In accordance with the random number table method,it was divided into seven time groups on average:15 minutes before electrical injury,1 hour,8 hours,24 hours,48hours,72 hours after electrical injury and 1 week after electrical injury.Rats in electric injury group,saline group,Xuebijing group and ulinastatin group were treated with voltage regulator and experimental transformer to create high voltage burn wound.Rats in the control group received the same device but no electricity.Record the time point,by group,time dosing.saline control group by 2ml/kg intraperitoneal injection of saline,Xuebijing group by 10ml/kg intraperitoneal injection of Xuebijing,Ulinastatin group by 2×10~4u/kg(2ml/kg)intraperitoneal injection of ulinastatin.Contral group and electric burn group did not give medicine.To collection and preservation of the specimens were collected according to the time of experimentation.Collected blood in direct vision,the whole blood taken from each rat was about 5~7ml.Static centrifugation and preservation.To be checked.The concentration of FIB,PF-5and Brinase in serum was obtained by OD value conversion according to the reagent description.Results:1.The total content of FIB,Brinase and PF-5 in the electrical injury group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The content of FIB,Brinase and PF-5 was significantly different in the rats with different phase after injury in electrical injury group(P<0.05).After electrical injury,the content of FIB,Brinase and PF-5 in each phase were higher than those before injury.2.The total content of FIB,Brinase and PF-5 in the Xuebijing group and UTI group was lower than that in the saline group(P<0.05).In the same group the content of FIB,Brinase and PF-5 was significantly different in the rats with different phase after injury(P<0.05).After electrical injury,the content of FIB,Brinase and PF-5 in each phase were higher than those before injury.Conclusions:1.The content of FIB,Brinase and PF-5 in serum of rats with high voltage electric burn was increased in different degrees,which proved that high voltage electric burn could promote platelet activation,release,adhesion and aggregation,thus activating coagulation and fibrinolytic system,and making hemorheology abnormal.2.With the treatment of UTI after electric burn,the content of FIB,Brinase and PF-5 all have different degrees of decrease compared with saline group.The results suggest that UTI can improve hypercoagulability by affecting coagulation and fibrinolysis system.3.With the treatment of Xuebijing after electric burn,the content of FIB,Brinase and PF-5 all have different degrees of decrease compared with saline group.It suggests that Xuebijing can affect hemorheology by improving microcirculation.
