Objective:To investigate the long-term effects of high-voltage electric burn on serum GP-?a?a?GP-?b/?/?in rats and the intervention effects of Xuebijing and Ulinastatin.Methods:350 healthy adult clean SD rats were divided into sham group,saline group,electroshock group,xuebijing group and ulinastatin group by random number table method,70 rats in each group,and then each group was divided into 15min before electroshock injury and 1h,8h,24h,48h,72h,and1w after electroshock injury on average according to random number table method.Each group was numbered and fed-separately.The SD large mouse number was weighed and the data was recorded in order.1%pentobarbital so-dium injection was injected into the abdominal cavity of SD rats for anesthesia,and then the experimental equipment was connected and connected to the power supply.Electric shock was administered at 2KV high voltage and(1.92±0.24)A current for 3s,and the sham group was only connected to the open circuit of the electrode plate.The saline group,ulinastatin group and xuebijing group were given normal saline 2mL/kg,1%ulinastatin(2×10~4u/kg)2mL/kg and xuebijing 10ml/kg,respectively.Then press the group phase in time take5~7 ml,apex blood after separation of serum,preserved-70?.Clamp with double antibody ELISA method to monitoring groups respectively,each phase of the serum GP-?a?a,GP-?b/?/?content.The experimental rsults were analyzed by factorial design variance analysis.Results:1.The serum GP-?a?a content of rats in the electroshock group at each time period after injury was lower than that in the sham injury group and15min before injury(P<0.05),showing a downward trend;There was no sig-nificant difference between the electric injury group and the saline group(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between xuebijing group and uli-nastatin group with the change of medication time(P<0.05),which first decreased and then increased,while there was no significant difference between ulinastatin group and xuebijing group(P>0.05).2.Electrical injury group rats serum GP-?b/?/?content and false injury group there were significant differences(P<0.05),electric injury group fell sharply after the electricity,1h after gradually smooth;There was no significant difference between the electric injury group and the saline group(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the electric wound group and the ulinastatin group and the xuebijing group(P<0.05),showing a trend of decrease and then increase,but the decrease level was lower than that of the electric wound group,and there was no significant difference between the xuebijing group and the ulinastatin group(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Can lead to high voltage burns in rat blood GP-?b/?/?and GP-?a?a levels fell sharply,show that in the process of electrically damaging GP-?b/?/?and GP-?a?a,a large number of consumption,related to the large platelet activation.2.High-voltage burns can stimulate the activation of platelet surface GP-?a?a,GP-?b/?/?,platelet activation,affect the body microcirculation of rats,to participate in the inflammatory reaction,and the adhesion and aggre-gation in injury,micro thrombus formation,and influence of microcirculation.3.High voltage wounded after early blood will use net,ulinastatin intervention can make serum GP-?b/?/?decreased degree reduced,before back to the electric level after 1 w,the specific mechanism is unknown.Ulinastatin and Xuebijing for GP-?a?a and GP-?b/?/?content increases effect is no significant difference,may indicate ulinastatin with Xuebijing excessive activation of platelet inhibition,improving the microcirculation of the same effect.
