| Objective:To observe the effect of Yanghe Pingchuan granule on HPAA function and serum IL-6,TGF-?,BGP in patients with chronic asthma.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 40 chronic asthmatic patients with kidney deficiency syndrome were screened and randomized into a treatment group and a control group.20 patients were included in each group.There was no significant difference in the gender and age of the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),and comparisons could be made.The patients in the treatment group were given Yang and Asthma granules and budesonide formoterol,and the control group was given only budesonide formoterol.The TCM syndrome scores,lung function,asthma control test(ACT)scores,serum IL-6,TGF-?,BGP,and plasma CORT,ACTH,and GR levels before and after treatment were compared.Results:1.Comparison of TCM symptom scores and total effective rates before and after treatment in the two groups:There was no significant difference in the TCM symptoms scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);The differences between medical syndrome scores before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01);there was a statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 85% in the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of lung function before and after treatment in the two groups:There was no significant difference in FEV1/FVC and PEF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The FEV1/FVC and PEF indexes after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01);the two groups had after treatment.There was a significant difference between FEV1/FVC and PEF(P<0.01,P<0.05).3.Comparison of ACT scores before and after treatment in the two groups:There was significant difference in ACT scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in ACT scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).4.Comparison of serum IL-6,TGF-?,and BGP before and after treatment in the two groups:(1)There was no significant difference in serum IL-6 and TGF-? levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,serum IL-6 and TGF-? levels were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).Serum levels of IL-6 and TGF-? in the two groups after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01).(2)The serum BGP level in the treatment group was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01);the serum BGP level in the control group after treatment was slightly lower than before treatment,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Serum BGP levels in the two groups after treatment were different(P<0.05).5.Comparison of plasma ACTH,CORT,and GR before and after treatment in the two groups:There was no significant difference in plasma ACTH,CORT and GR levels before treatment(P>0.05).The plasma levels of ACTH,CORT and GR in the treatment group were significantly higher than before the treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).The level of ACTH and GR after treatment in the control group was lower than that before treatment,and the level of CORT was slightly higher,but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the two groups of treatment.There was a significant difference in plasma ACTH,CORT and GR levels(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Yang Heping asthma particles can alleviate the clinical symptoms of asthma patients,improve lung function and quality of life.2.Yanghe asthmatic particles can reduce the serum level of IL-6,TGF-? in asthma patients,relieve airway inflammation and reduce airway responsiveness.3.Yang and Pingchuan granules can increase serum BGP levels in asthmatic patients and improve the body's bone quality.4.Yanghe Asthma granules can adjust the levels of ACTH,CORT and GR in asthma patients,and have certain improvement and regulation on HPAA function. |
