The Effect Of Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule On DPN And VEGF

Purpose: To diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients before and after treatment,serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and the influence of nerve conduction velocity(NCV)to improve the situation,further understanding and deep exploration of Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule on DPN(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)patients,which may the search mechanism,and provide a theoretical basis for wider clinical curative effect for the treatment of Chinese medicine DPN,its clinical application is more systematic.Measures: 60 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in the inpatient department and outpatient department were collected and randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.In the given elementary treatment of diabetes,treatment group with paralysis capsule and Mecobalamin Tablets treatment with oral diabetes,the control group was treated with Mecobalamin Tablets treatment,the total treatment period was 12 weeks.Finally,we observed the improvement of clinical symptoms and the effect of VEGF on DPN patients before and after treatment,and compared the changes of nerve conduction velocity.Result: compared before and after treatment: 1.Patients with Mecobalamin Tablets Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule in the treatment group TCM syndrome score decreased significantly,and the effect is better than the simple application of Mecobalamin Tablets group(P<0.01);2.Patients with Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule treatment group and Mecobalamin Tablets in the common peroneal nerve motor nerve(MCV)and the sural nerve conduction velocity(SCV)were improved,and better than the control group(P<0.05);Mecobalamin Tablets 3.And Mecobalamin Tablets Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule treatment group VEGF increased,and better than the control group(P<0.05);Mecobalamin Tablets 4.Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule and fasting blood glucose and HbA1 c in the treatment group compared with the Mecobalamin Tablets Mecobalamin Tablets group index has been significantly improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule can make DPN(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)the clinical symptoms of the patients improved significantly;activation of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients with vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)activity;can improve nerve conduction velocity in patients with DPN;also can improve glucose metabolism in patients with DPN.The experimental study shows that vascular endothelial growth factor may be the influence factor of Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule in the treatment of DPN,and it plays a great role in the treatment of DPN.
