| Objective:To study the effect of Bushen Shugan decoction in treatment of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia clinical sperm of infertile patients,analysis of different groups of patients before and after treatment of semen symptom scores were compared,and the mechanism of preliminary exploration of Chinese medicine,and provide the basis for the therapeutic effect of Bushen Shugan decoction.Methods:From June 1,2017 to December 31,2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Department of reproductive and andrology clinic patients,screening qualified 75 participants enrolled in the study,were randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2,observation group three groups,each group of 25 people.The 1 groups were compared with Bushen Shugan,and the 2 groups were taken Tamoxifen,and the observation group was taken orally with Bushen Shugan prescription and Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets.Take the medicine for 12 weeks.Three groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed by semen analysis before and after treatment.The changes of forward movement sperm(PR)percentage,sperm viability(PR +NP),sperm density,kidney deficiency and liver depression score before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed.Result:1.Through statistical analysis,the three groups of patients in thegeneral situation before treatment and semen analysis,kidney deficiency liver depression score had no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Through statistical analysis can be drawn,the control group 1(Bushen Shugan decoction group)by sperm density before treatment(40.85 ±25.46)106/ml increased after treatment(48.20± 30.30)106/ml;by PR before treatment(18.13±10.32)% to after treatment(25.49±13.11)%;by PR+NP before treatment(38.07±12.63)% to after treatment(50.88±14.60)%,kidney deficiency and liver depression symptom score before treatment by(12.72±4.43)points to after treatment(7.16±4.49);control group 2(Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)by the sperm density before treatment(47.76±23.20)106/ml increased after treatment(57.25 ± 24.71)106/ml,by PR before treatment(20.63±7.93)% to after treatment(27.49±8.00)%;by PR+NP before treatment(41.43±12.31)% to after treatment(68.29±20.14)%;kidney deficiency and liver depression symptom score by Before treatment(11.8±3.38)points to after treatment(8.04±3.86);observation group(Bushen Shugan decoction + Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)group by sperm density before treatment(46.46±27.57)106/ml increased after treatment(78.55±43.75)106/ml,by PR before treatment(20.56±9.74)% after treatment to(34.33±13.59)%,by PR+NP before treatment(41.43±13.59)% to after treatment(68.28± 20.14)%,TCM syndrome score before treatment by(11.97±4.07)points to after treatment(5.56±4.77),after treatment,three groups of semen parameters were increased,kidney deficiency and liver depression symptom score better than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The differences of PR,PR+NP,sperm density and kidney deficiency and liver depression symptom score between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group(Bushen Shugan decoction +Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)than the control group 1(Bushen Shugan decoction group)and control group 2(Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)(P<0.05),the control group 1(Bushen Shugan decoction group)and control group2(Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)had no significant difference(P>0.05).4.After treatment,the control group 1(Bushen Shugan group)effective rate: 52%,control group 2(Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)was 52%,the observation group(Bushen Shugan decoction + Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)group was 80%,the observation group(Bushen Shugan decoction + TamoxifenCitrate Tablets group)group was significantly better than the control group1(Bushen Shugan decoction group)and control group 2(Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)(P<0.05),while the control group 1(Bushen Shugan decoction group)and control group 2(Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)was no significant difference in the effective rate(P>0.05).5.Comparison of three groups of kidney deficiency and liver depression to improve the situation,the control group 1(Bushen Shugan decoction group)symptom score difference before and after treatment for(5.52±2.64)points,the control group 2(Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)before and after treatment for symptoms score(3.92±2.49),observation group(Bushen Shugan decoction + Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)symptoms score difference before and after treatment for(5.76±2.40),observation group(Bushen Shugan decoction + Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)group and control group 1(Bushen Shugan decoction group)had no statistically significant difference between the curative effect(P> 0.05),The symptom relief in the 1 groups of the observation group and the control group was obviously better than the control group 2(P<0.05).6.After treatment between the three groups of TCM syndrome there was no difference(P> 0.05),but the control group 1(Bushen Shugan decoction group)and observation group(Bushen Shugan decoction + Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)group of TCM syndrome rate(72%,76%)higher than that of control group2(Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets group)(44%).Conclusion:The combination of Bushen Shugan recipe combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets can improve the semen index and TCM syndrome,and the effect is better than the only use of traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine.However,the mechanism of its action needs to be further explored. |
