Ganoderma lucidum spore oil is a kind of oily lipids extracted from the broken Ganoderma lucidum spores by the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction technology.The main components are saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty glycerides.It has been reported that this spore oil has enhanced immune and anti-tumor effects,and the Ganoderma triterpene is the active ingredient.However,the liquid oil is not easy to preserve,and is easily oxidized.Moreover,due to the lack of bile secretion,it is difficult for some special populations to absorb.The liquid oil can be wrapped up through microencapsulation to improve the oxidation of the oil and promote the absorption of the oil.In this paper,the quality research of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was established.The total triterpenoid content of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil from Infinitus(China)Ltd was 7.33 ± 0.168%,and the content of Ganoderma lucidum triterpene was 0.40 ± 0.017%.The total triterpenoid content of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil and the content of Ganoderma lucidum triterpena from Jinzhai Anhui were 8.77% ± 0.163% and 0.64 ± 0.049%,repectively.In this paper,we use HI-CAP100 and maltodextrin as coating materials to prepare the Ganoderma lucidum spore oil microcapsules by shearing,homogenization and spray drying.The embedding rate was set as the evaluation index to determine the best prescription ratio and the microcapsule preparation process.As a result,the coating material was determined to be HI-CAP100: maltodextrin=1: 1(W/W),and the Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was as the core material.The oil content was 35% and the solid concentration was 40%.The Ganoderma lucidum spore oil microcapsule was desiccated by spray drying.The air temperature was 195 ? and the atomization pressure was 0.15 MPa.The surface oil content of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil microcapsules prepared in this prescription and process was 1.76% and the embedding rate was 95.0%.The basic physical and chemical properties of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil microcapsules were determined,including angle of repose,compressibility,water content,solubility,total triterpenoid content and peroxide value.The results showed that the angle of repose of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil microcapsules was 42.49 ± 0.61°,the compressibility was 54 ± 3%,the water content was 2.69 ± 0.07%,the total triterpen content was 2.78 ± 0.13%,the solubility was 8.309 ± 0.421 g/100 g,and the peroxide value was 0.121 ± 0.004 g/100 g.At the same time,the microscopic morphology of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil microcapsules was observed,and the microcapsules were spherical with a diameter of 2-10 ?m.The stability of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil microcapsule powder was also studied.It was found that the stability of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil microcapsule powder was better after adding antioxidant VE,gelatinized material and chelator EDTA,and shelf life was extended.
