Objective:To conduct a cross-sectional and longitudinal study on the physical development of children aged 03 years in the economic and technological development district in anqing city,to understand the growth and nutritional status of children, and to provide reference data for the development of local children's health care. Methods:In the cross-sectional study, children's health records were used, and stratified random sampling was used to randomly select the health of children born in 2014-2016in 12 communities in the Anqing Development Zone with a ratio of approximately 1:1.The data of age, weight and length?high?of the last physical examination of these children before January 1,2017 were used as research data and a database was established.A total of 3,198 children's data were collected.According to the inclusion criteria,2793 children were eventually included. In the longitudinal study, children born in the Children's Health Archives from 2013 to2014 were selected to establish a database of their continuous weight, length?height?and head circumference health check data before the age of 3,and were divided into huge infant group and normal weight infant group according to birth weight.Forty-two children who met the criteria were included as the control group.According to the ratio of birth and the sex,126 normal birth weight children were selected as the control group at a ratio of 1:3.Taking the children's physical development standards recommended by the World Health Organization in 2006 as a reference standard, the Z-score method was used to evaluate children's physical development and children's nutritional status. Results 1.The weight and length?height?developmental levels of boys and girls are higher than the standards for WHO children's growth and development?2006 edition?.The body length?height?of boys of each month was greater than that of girls, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The weight of boys of each month was greater than that of girls, except for 9 months and 30 months, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The length?height?,weight and head circumference development of macrosomia were all greater than normal birth weight children, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.2.The Z scores of children aged 03 years are all in 0 to 1.The three Z-scores of boys were significantly higher than those of girls at each age group, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The ratio of WHZ and WAZ in the 03 year old girls was higher than that in the boys. The difference was statistically significant(?2WHZ=15.036,?2WAZ=14.107,P<0.05).3.The growth rate of children aged 03 years in this region is in line with the natural growth law of children. The weight and height change trend of children showed greater fluctuations before 18 months. The proportion of growth acceleration and growth deceleration gradually decreased.Growth acceleration of body weight and growth deceleration of body length?high?were lower than normal birth weight, while growth acceleration of body weight and growth acceleration of body length?high?were higher than normal birth weight?P<0.05?.4.The overall child wasting rate was 0.7%,the low body weight rate was 1.8%,the growth retardation rate was 0.6%,the overweight rate was 7.4%,and the obesity rate was 8.2%.The overall overweight rate and obesity rate of boys were higher than those of girls, and the difference was statistically significant(?2??=17.649,?2??=12.756,P<0.05).The incidence of obesity in male and female girls decreased with the increase of age,and the difference was statistically significant(?2???=16.661,?2???=22.476,P<0.05).The incidence of overweight and obesity was higher than that of normal birth weight, and the difference was statistically significant(?2??=7.153,?2??=8.855,P<0.05).Conclusions The physical development level of children aged 0-3 years Economic and technological development District in Anqing is good. There are differences in the physical development of infants and young children of different genders and birth weights.however, overweight and fat have been the most serious problem at present. The boy's excess nutrition is worse than that of the girl. The incidence of overweight and obesity in macrosomia was significantly higher than that in normal birth weight infants.
