Clnical Observation Of Hangu Chunsheng Decoction Combined With Vacuum Erectile Device In The Treatment Of Erectile Dysfunction Of Mingmen Fire Decay

Objective:To prove the therapeutic effect of Hangu Chunsheng Decoction on Mingmen Fire Decay-type Erectile Dysfunction(ED),and further explore the therapeutic effect of Hangu Chunsheng Decoction combined with Vacuum Erectile Device(VED)on Mingmen Fire Decay-type ED.Methods:96 patients with ED were selected from the men's clinic of Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018.3 to 2019.3.The patients were divided into three Groups:Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Group(n=32),Vacuum Erectile Device(VED)Group(n=32)and Combined(COMB)Group(n=32).The TCM Group was given Hangu Chunsheng Decoction,the VED Group was given VED treatment,and the COMB Group was given Hangu Chunsheng Decoction and VED treatment.Each Group of patients was treated for 3 weeks.The International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF-5),Erectile Hardness Score(EHS),Chinese Medicine Symptoms Scale and Testosterone Determination were used before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect of each group..Results:The TCM Group eventually completed 32 cases,the VED group eventually completed 30 cases,and the COMB Group completed 31 cases.There were significant improvements in IIEF-5 Score,EHS Score,Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Scale and efficiency in each group(P<0.05).The level of Testosterone in TCM Group and COMB Group was significantly improved(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the IIEF-5 Score,EHS Score and total effective rate between the TCM Group and the VED Group(P>0.05).The Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Score and Testosterone was better than the VED treatment(P<0.05).The COMB Group was superior to the other two Groups in the IIEF-5 Score.The COMB Group was better than the VED Group in the EHS Score and Testosterone,and the total effective rate was better than that of the TCM Group(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Hangu Chunsheng Decoction can improve the erectile function of ED patients with Mingmen Fire Decay and improve the symptoms of Mingmen Fire Decay Syndrome2.Hangu Chunsheng Decoction combined with VED has obvious effect on ED.
