Clinical Observation Of Shenzhi Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis With Qi-Yin Deficiency Combined With Blood Stasis Type

Objective:Through the clinical observation and systematic analysis of Shenzhi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of Henoch-S chonlein purpura nephritis(Qi-Yin deficienc y combined with blood stasis t yp e),this subject confirms that S henzhi Huoxue Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine decoction,has definite curative effect on HSPN patients,and excavates its mechanism of action,in order to provide a safe and effective wa y for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease and improvement of prognosis.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of HSPN and were dialectically of deficienc y of both Qi and Yin with blood stasis were randoml y divided into two groups.The treatment group(general treatment+losartan potassium tablets +Shenzhi Huoxue Decoction)and the control group(general treatment + losartan potassium tablets)were treated in parallel for 8 weeks.The routine blood and urine tests,24-hour urinar y protein quantification,serum TNF-?,liver function,kidne y function and TCM s yndrome scores were observed before and after treatment.Statistical anal ysis of the collected experimental data leads to the conclusion that the treatment is effective and safe.Result: Shenzhi Huoxue Decoction can obviously alleviate the clinical s ymptoms of patients.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10% and that of the control group was 70.37%.There was a statistical diffe rence between the two groups(P < 0.05).In the aspect of TCM s yndrome score,the scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 96.55% in the treatment group and 66.6 7% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Cell count,24-hour urinar y protein quantification,platelet count and serum TNF-? were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).There were n o adverse events and no abnormal safet y indicators in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: 1.Shenzhi Huoxue Decoction can improve TCM symptoms of patients with Henoch-S chonlein purpura nephritis of deficienc y of both Qi and Yin and blood stasi s,and effectivel y reduce TCM s yndrome integral.2.Shenzhi Huoxue Decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets can reduce 24-hour urinar y protein quantification,urinar y er yt hroc yte count,serum TNF-? and platelet count.It has certain advantages compared with losartan potassium tablets alone.
