Objectives:To establish scientific evaluation index system of medical students' humanities and social literacy Research Method:(1)literature review & summary: By taking full advantage of CNKI database,WanFang database and PubMed database,literature consulting and document collection were conducted to summarize the problems of medical humanities education evaluation and some assessment indicators were preliminarily filtrated to built the frame of indicator system for medical students' humanities and social literacy.(2)Delphi method: In the experts' inquiry,20 experts scored for 3 indicators at the first level,23 indicators at the second level respectively.Excel2016 and SPSS19.0 software were used to made statistical analysis.Results:After two rounds of experts' inquiry,the assessment system was finally established which included 3 indicators at the first level and 21 indicators at the second level.The expert active coefficients were 90.91% and 100% respectively.The expert authority scores for indicators were 0.86 and 0.89 respectively.In the second round of consultation,the average score of the index system was greater than the first round,and both were greater than 3.50,and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.25.The expert coordination coefficient were 0.387 and 0.424 respectively,P < 0.001.The total Cronbach's ? coefficient was 0.870,and the correlation coefficient between each evaluation dimension and total score was 0.670~0.814,P<0.01.The weights of the indicator system were calculated by the percent weight method and the score method.The weights of the three first-level indicators were as follows: medical humanities and social knowledge 0.3272,medical humanistic spirit 0.3493,medical humanities and social skills 0.3235.Conclusion:In the research,the expert active coefficients both were greater than 90%,which means experts paid high attention to this consultation;the expert authority score was higher than 0.70,which means the expert authority degree was relatively high,and the result of this study was reliable;the average score of the second round of consultation was greater than 0.35 and greater than in the first round,which means the concentration of expert opinions was high;the second round of coefficient of variation was less than 0.25,and the Kendall coordination coefficient W was greater than the first round,indicating that the expert opinions tend to be consistent and the degree of coordination is higher.Cronbach's ? coefficient and the Spearman rank correlation test indicate that the indicator system has good reliability and content validity.In short,the index system constructed in this study had high credibility and reliability.
