Study Of The Relationship Between Changes Of Immune System And Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease In Elderly People

Objective Test the changes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in the elderly with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease in acute episode and stabilized phase.Observe changes in the relationship between the immune system and the elderl patients with ASCVD.Discuss the role of immune factors in patients with ASCVD and provide some clinical basis to reduce mortality rate for elderly patients.Methods Collect elderly hospital geriatric patients in our hospital from January 2015to January 2016.According to disease type and stable condition,we divided the patients into three groups,the ASCVD acute episode group,the ASCVD stabilized phase group and the control group.Collect fasting venous blood of every patients and test cellular immunity in each patient(including CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+and NK)and humoral immunity(including IgA,IgM,IgE,C3,C4 and IgG,CD19+)level.Use SPSS22 statistical software for statistical data processing,measurement data with(x±s),with P<0.05 for the difference as statistically significant.Results(1)Compared with control group,the level of T lymphocyte subsets in the elderly ASCVD acute episode group was lower(P<0.05),and the level of NK cells in the elderly ASCVD acute episode group was significantly higher(P<0.01),while the level of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in the elderly ASCVD stabilized phase group had no obvious difference(P>0.05).Compared with the elderly stabilized phase group,the level of T lymphocyte subsets in the elderly ASCVD acute episode group was lower(P<0.05),and the level of NK cells in the elderly ASCVD acute episode group was higher(P<0.05).(2)Compared with control group,the level of IgG in elderly ASCVD acute episode group was lower(P<0.05),the level of IgA in elderly ASCVD acute episode group was higher(P<0.05),the levels of IgE,IgM,C3,C4 and CD19~+in ASCVD acute episode group had no significant difference(P>0.05),while the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG,IgE,the levels of C3 and C4,CD19~+in ASCVD acute episode group had no obvious difference(P>0.05).Compared with the elderly ASCVD stabilized phase group,the level of IgG in elderly ASCVD acute episode group was lower(P<0.05),the level of IgA in elderly ASCVD acute episode group was higher(P<0.05),the levels of IgE,IgM,C3,C4 and CD19~+in ASCVD acute episode group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases exists cellular immunity and humoral immunity disorders in acute episode.
