Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of Deanxit Combined With Aluminum Magnesium Carbonate On Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Deanxit combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate on bile reflux gastritis.Methods:Ninety-three Patients with endoscopic diagnosis of bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into three groups: A,B,and C.Group A(31 cases)was treated with magnesium aluminocarbonate,and group B(32 cases)was treated with force.New combined aluminum magnesium carbonate treatment,group C(30 cases)treated with mosapride combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate,the total course of treatment for 4 weeks.patients were assessed for symptoms,mental status,and endoscopic findings before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the symptoms of the three groups were significantly relieved.The effective rates were 61.69% in group A,93.75% in group B,and 96.67% in group C.There were significant differences in anxiety,depression scores and endoscopic findings(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Deanxit combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate has a significant effect on bile reflux gastritis,and it is equivalent to mosapride combined with magnesiumaluminate.However,Deanxit combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate can significantly improve the mental state of patients.
