Social Impact Assessment Of New Town Hospital Project

With the economic development of our country and the rise of new town construction,hospitals as the necessary public service facilities in the region,the construction projects of new town hospitals are also increasing,and the social benefits reflected in the regional economic development,the improvement of medical level and the promotion of regional image are becoming more and more significant.At present,the literature research at home and abroad focuses on the evaluation of performance,operation efficiency and evaluation,while the research on the social impact evaluation of hospital projects needs further study.Based on the construction of social impact evaluation index system and evaluation model of new town hospital project,this paper uses evaluation theory、fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to select four first-class indexes of economic development impact index,service level improvement impact index,social development impact index,ecological civilization development impact index and nineteen second-class indexes The new city hospital project social impact evaluation index system,constructed the new city hospital project social impact fuzzy level comprehensive evaluation model;finally,took the m new city n hospital construction social impact evaluation as an example to carry on the empirical research,pointed out that the new city hospital project in the promotion service industry development,the surrounding residents’ economic situation change and the medical service attitude improvement aspect appraisal is not high,displays On the basis of this,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.This paper can provide some reference for improving the social benefits of the hospital construction project in the new urban area.
