| With the rapid development of economy and society,medical and health services have been written as the basic rights of citizens in the national constitution."Everyone enjoys basic medical services" has become an important goal of Building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Alarge number of large-scale hospitals start construction and operation all over the country,which will effectively promote the balanced layout of high-quality medical resources,improve the level of medical services,and enhance the quality of regional development and enhance regional absorptive capacity.Large hospital construction projects as an important area of the development of public facilities,is a comprehensive project,its decision-making,construction and operation will have a profound impact on the development of economic and social environment,has a strong community,so it is reasonable,scientific and sustainable should fully consider the social benefits.In order to maximize the promotion of national welfare and the value of the city,should establish a relatively perfect system,and high reliability evaluation index system,the use of scientific evaluation methods,evaluation of social benefits of large-scale hospital construction projects,in order to improve its social benefits,promote the further scientific decision-making.The thesis aims to analyze the construction of large-scale hospital construction project social benefit evaluation index system,and select the appropriate method to construct a scientific model for social benefit evaluation,provide theoretical and practical basis for decision-making,construction and operation of large-scale hospital construction project scientifically.On the basis of combing and analyzing the concepts and theories of social benefits evaluation of construction projects,and combining the characteristics of large hospital construction projects,this thesis studies and analyzes the characteristics of the social benefits evaluation index system,construction principles and construction steps of large hospital construction projects,and through frequency analysis and comprehensive combing.The evaluation index system of social benefits of large hospital construction project was constructed by selecting the evaluation index of commonness and individuality.The fuzzy evaluation model of social benefits of large hospital construction project was constructed by means of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Based on the established index system and evaluation model,the thesis analyzes the social benefits of NBXC large hospital construction project.The evaluation results show that the NBXC large-scale hospital construction project has made a relatively large contribution to the realization of social development goals,and the comprehensive social benefits are relatively significant,which has a relatively significant beneficial impact on all aspects of social development.Through the empirical evaluation of the social benefits of the NBXC large-scale hospital construction project,it is verified that the index system and evaluation model constructed in this paper are scientific and operable,and it has certain reference value for the social benefits evaluation of large-scale hospital construction projects. |
