Clinical Observation Of Siziwenfei Decoction On Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(Phlegm-damp Obstructing The Lung Type) And Its Effect On Serum HMGB1?CC16?hs-CRP?IgG

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sizi Wenfei Tang on patients with chronic exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(phlegm-damp obstructing the lung type)and the regulation of peripheral serum levels of HMGB1,CC16,hs-CRP,and Ig G in order to study and explore the treatment of chronic obstruction Lung disease,the role played by traditional chinese medicine and its advantages.Methods: Following the concept of random design,60 AECOPD patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group.The control group received conventional treatments such as cough,asthma,phlegm elimination,and anti-inflammatory and anti-infection.The treatment group was treated with Sizi Wenfei Tang orally during the routine treatment of western medicine.The treatment period was 10 days.The differences in the total effective rate,TCM syndrome score,6MWD,serum HMGB1,CC16,hs-CRP,Ig G,and arterial blood gas analysis were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.Total effective rate: The total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P <0.05);2.TCM Syndrome Points: The treatment group is better than the control group in improving the five symptoms of chest tightness,cough,sputum,shortness of breath,and wheezing(P <0.05).The difference is statistically significant.There are more advantages in terms of efficacy;3.6-minute walking distance: After treatment,the walking distance of both groups of patients increased,but the degree of improvement in the treatment group was more significant(P <0.05);4.In terms of blood indicators,the levels of HMGB1,CC16,hs-CRP and Ig G inperipheral serum of patients in the control group and treatment group after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment.Compared with the control group,the regulatory effect of the treatment group was more obvious,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical application of Sizi Wenfei Tang combined with conventional Western medicine treatment can better alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the airway inflammation response of patients and regulate the body's immune function status.And it helps to improve sports endurance and improve its quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
