Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease(Syndrome Of Liver Depression Transforming Into Heat) With Bentun Decoction

Objective: This topic is a clinical observation on the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(Syndrome of liver depression transforming into heat)with traditional Chinese medicine classic prescription Bentun Decoction.Through the study of this experiment,the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of this disease with the Bentiu decoction are objectively evaluated,and the mechanism of the action of the Bentiu decoction is discussed theoretically,so as to provide a more effective treatment scheme for the future treatment of this disease.Methods:During December 2018 and January 2020,72 patients diagnosed as non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(Syndrome of liver depression transforming into heat)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Bentun Decoction orally and the control group was given Modified Zuojin Pill for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the data of the two groups were collected,sorted and statistically analyzed on the general situation,improvement of TCM symptoms and RDQ scores.The recurrence rate was observed and the test results were obtained 8 weeks after the treatment.Results:(1)observation of total curative effect: the total effective rates of the two groups were 93.3%(treatment group)and 80.0%(control group),respectively,P <0.05,with statistically significant difference.(2)observation of TCM syndrome points:(1)total TCM syndrome points: before treatment: the two groups were 12.73±3.04(treatment group)and 12.50 ± 2.92(control group),respectively,with no statistical difference after comparison P >0.05.After treatment,the two groups were 3.20±1.86(treatment group)and 7.20±3.66(control group)respectively.The results before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,all P < 0.05,with statistical difference.The results after treatment between the two groups were compared,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.(2)symptom scores of TCM symptoms: the comparison of symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups was all P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Comparing the single symptoms between the two groups,the treatment group's gas flushing from the abdomen to the chest and pharynx,belching or emesis,hypochondrium distending pain,vexation and irritability are obviously improved compared with the control group.For heartburn,abdominal distension and fullness,P >0.05,with no statistical difference.(3)Observation of RDQ score:(1)RDQ total score: 20.63±4.59(treatment group)and19.60±2.59(control group)respectively before treatment;After treatment,it was 6.53 ±4.72(treatment group)and 11.53±4.75(control group),respectively.The total scores in the two groups were compared,and the values were all P <0.05,with statistical difference.The total score between the two groups was compared,P <0.05,with statistical difference.(2)symptom scores of RDQ: the comparison of symptom scores in the two groups was all P <0.05,with statistical difference;The comparison of acid reflux,reflux and retrosternal burning pain between the two groups shows that the treatment group is obviously superior to the control group in improving the above symptoms,while the heartburn is P >0.05,with no statistical difference.(4)observation of recurrence rate: the recurrence rates of the two groups were 3.5%(treatment group)and 29.2%(control group),respectively,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.To sum up,the curative effect of Bendtun Decoction on non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(Syndrome of liver depression transforming into heat)is better than that of Jiawei Zuojin Pill.Conclusion: The treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(Syndrome of liver depression transforming into heat)with Bentun Decoction can effectively improve symptoms such as chest and pharynx flushing from abdomen,belching or vomiting,hypochondrium distending pain,and its curative effect is obviously superior to that of Modified Zuojin Pill.Through this clinical observation,it is proved that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating this disease based on syndrome differentiation,and provides a more effective treatment scheme for non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(Syndrome of liver depression transforming into heat).
