A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Menopausal Disorders By Adding Flavor To Dabuyin Pill

Objective: The main purpose of this project is to study the clinical efficacy of dabuyin pill and flavoring in the treatment of kidney-yin deficiency syndrome menopausal disorders.By comparing with kuntai capsule,the changes of hormone levels in the two groups before and after treatment were observed to verify the feasibility,effectiveness and safety of this treatment method.Methods: Selected from changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology or cure of patients,and is in line with the kidney Yin deficiency syndrome menopausal disorders syndrome included in the standard,to observe72 patients,36 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 36 cases in treatment group for oral tonic Yin pill flavored one,the control group oral kuntai capsule treatment group fall off in 1 case,in the experiment group fall off 3 cases,the actual treatment group collecting cases,35 cases in the control group 33 cases of two groups of patients are even served three months after drug withdrawal,observation curative effect Symptom scores and related hormone levels were recorded before and after treatment,and SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software was used for comparative analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: After 3 months of treatment,9 patients in the treatment group(dabuyin pills with added flavor)recovered,18 patients showed obvious effects,4 patients were effective and 4 patients were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.57%.In the control group(kuntai capsule),4 cases were cured after treatment,13 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,5 cases failed,the total effective rate was 84.85% two drugs of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome before and after the menopause syndrome all have obvious effect,and the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group in the treatment group patients with FSH levels and improve drying sweat out lumbar debility five upset hot mouth GanYan insomnia symptoms of dry is better than that in control groupConclusion:Through the analysis of the experimental results,it was found that dabuyinpill with flavoring had a significant effect on the treatment of all syndromes(kidney-yin deficiency syndrome)menopausal disorders,without obvious adverse reactions and side effects,and was safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
