Analysis Of Professor Liu Shenlin’s Experience In Treating Colorectal Cancer Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:This topic applies data mining technology to explore the medication rule of Professor Liu Shenlin in the treatment of colorectal cancer,and further summarizes Professor Liu Shenlin’s TCM dialectical thinking and medication experience in the treatment of colorectal cancer,so as to provide data reference for better improving clinical efficacy.Method:Based on the data mining system database,this study collected the outpatient medical records of 78 patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer from September 2017 to September 2019 in the outpatient clinic of professor Liu Shenlin in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine.A total of 426 medical records of 78 patients were collected,the database was established to unify the cleaning data of clinical standards respectively,after many proofreads,the data were entered into EXCEL and Medcase Ver3.8 consulting Chinese medicine studio-an old Chinese medicine experience inheritance auxiliary platform to form a medical records data mining database.By using FP Growth algorithm,Xminer Operation Tool,Medcase Chart graphic expression and other methods,the dialectical method and medication rule of professor Liu Shenlin in dialectical treatment of colorectal cancer were explored.Results:This data mining has sorted out 426 medical cases,ranging in age from 26 to 91 years old,mainly concentrated between 50 and 80 years old,and the distribution conforms to the modern epidemiological distribution.The symptoms with high frequency in medical records are loose stool、constipation、abdominal distension、insomnia、anorexia、abdominal pain、fatigue、dry mouth、bitter mouth、and high vector.Common tongue coating mainly includes thin white coating、thin white greasy coating、teeth marks on the edge、red tongue、thin yellow greasy coating、medium cracks、yellow greasy coating,etc.The pulse condition is mainly fine、stringy、moist and heavy.The syndrome types with higher frequency are syndrome of deficiency of vital energy、syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis、syndrome of invasion of deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis、syndrome of intestinal dryness due to yin deficiency、syndrome of obstruction of fu-organs and qi、syndrome of spleen deficiency without transportation、syndrome of cancer toxin invagination、syndrome of intestinal dryness due to spleen deficiency、syndrome of stasis due to deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis and syndrome of intestinal dryness due to fluid deficiency.A total of 203 traditional Chinese medicines are involved.The most frequent ones are Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz、Citrus reticulata Blanco、Aucklandia lappa Decne、Curcuma phaeocaulia Val、Codonopsis pilosula Nannf、Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch、Sparganium stoloniferum Buch、Paeonia lactiflora Pall、Goldhair hedyotis herb、Dioscoreae opposite Thunb.Twenty-four pairs of related drugs were obtained through intra-drug association and extra-drug association of symptoms,and 28 groups of core prescriptions were mined through drug K-means clustering analysis.Conclusion:Based on the data mining of medical records,the experience of professor Liu Shenlin in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine in treating colorectal cancer based on syndrome differentiation is summarized,and the five common types of colorectal cancer are:syndrome of deficiency of vital energy、syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis、syndrome of invasion of deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis、syndrome of intestinal dryness due to yin deficiency、syndrome of obstruction of fu-organs and qi.Professor Liu Shenlin commonly used drug pairs for treating colorectal cancer are:Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz and Citrus reticulata Blanco、Sparganium stoloniferum Buch and Curcuma phaeocaulia Val、Codonopsis pilosula Nannf and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz、Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.Professor Liu Shenlin adopts a comprehensive treatment method of strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors,which is based on deficiency,attaches importance to the spleen and stomach,and at the same time eliminates accumulation and resolving masses,resists cancer and detoxifies,and advocates distinguishing deficiency from excess and treating by stages.
