Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qinglihuwei powder combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat gastric ulcer. Methods:Using the method of randomized controlled clinical study,88 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(n = 44)and control group(n = 44)at 1:1.The observation group was treated with Qingli Huwei Powder combined with oral pantoprazole, while the control group was treated with oral pantoprazole alone.8 weeks was a course of treatment, and one course of treatment was observed. The TCM symptom score, gastroscopy, safety index and adverse reactions of the patients before and after treatment were measured and recorded.SPSS 21.0 for windows statistical software was used to analyze the collected data. Results:A total of 88 cases were collected,84 cases completed clinical experimental observation, and 4 cases fell off, including 2 cases in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group.(1)Comparison of the overall clinical efficacy: after treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.48 %,while that of the control group was80.96%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(Z=1.991,P=0.047<0.05).(2)Comparison of total score of TCM symptoms: there was significant difference between the observation group before and after treatment and the control group before and after treatment(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P < 0.007 < 0.05).(3)Comparison of the improvement of TCM symptoms: both the observation group and the control group could significantly improve the symptoms of epigastric fullness(pain),dry mouth(bitter mouth),nausea or vomiting and addiction(P< 0.05).Among them, the improvement of epigastric fullness(pain)and dry mouth(bitter mouth)in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In terms of improving the symptoms of nausea or vomiting and stupor, the effects of the two groups were similar(P > 0.05).The symptoms of dry mouth without drinking were not significantly improved in both the observation group and the control group(P> 0.05).(4)Comparison of ulcer staging: there was no significant difference in improving ulcer staging between the two groups after treatment(P=0.238 > 0.05).(5)Comparison of ulcer size(diameter): there was significant difference between the observation group before and after treatment and the control group before and after treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment, there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P < 0.05).(6)Safety comparison: there were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the observation period, and the safety indexes were in the physiological range, and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Qinglihuwei Powder combined with pantoprazole can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat gastric ulcer. It is a safe and effective diagnosis and treatment scheme and has a broad application prospect.
