Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ?-methy lacyl-Co A racemase(P504S / AMACR),P16,Ki-67 in prostate cancer tissues.Methods: Collecting clinical data of patients with prostate disease who underwent prostate biopsy and prostatectomy or enucleation of prostate disease from the urology department of the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from September 2017 to October 2019,including 21 pathologically confirmed prostate cancer patients 10 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.The wax blocks of all patients with prostate disease were stained by immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of P504 S,P16,and Ki-67 in prostate disease tissues,and the expression of P504 S,P16,and Ki-67 was analyzed.The experimental data were compared in multiple groups using the Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test.P <0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: The positive expression rates of P504 S in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia were 100%(21/21)and 20%(2/10)(P = 0.000 <0.05);the expression rates of P16 prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia were respectively 100%(21/21),80%(8/10)(P = 0.000 <0.05);Ki-67 expression rates in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia were: 100%(21/21),10 %(1/10)(P = 0.000 <0.05).There was no significant correlation between the expression of P504 S in PCa tissues and Gleason classification,and the difference was not statistically significant(P = 0.338> 0.05);there was no significant correlation between the expression of P16 S in PCa tissues and Gleason classification,and the difference was not statistically significant.(P = 1.00> 0.05);the expression of Ki-67 in PCa tissue was positively correlated with Gleason grade,and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.018 <0.05).Conclusions: The results showed that P504 S,P16,Ki-67 are more reliable potential biomarkers for prostate cancer.P504 S combined with P16 has high clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate lesions.Ki-67 is useful for judging malignancy of tumor The degree and prognosis are of great significance.The combined detection of the three will help to improve the accuracy of diagnosis,differential diagnosis and prognosis judgment of prostate cancer.However,the application of these biomarkers to clinical management still needs further research.
