Relevant Research Of Expression Of P504s?P63 And Ki-67 In Prostate Cancer With Prognosis And Metastasis Of Cancer

Objective:To explore the relevance of expression of P504s?P63 and Ki-67 in prostate cancer with prognosis and metastasis of cancer and its influence in the progress of cancer.To forecast the prognosis of prostate cancer and intervene beforehand.Methods:Accounting the patients of prostate cancer admitted to department of urology in Yijishan-Hospital of Wannan Medical College from Jan 2011 to Dec 2015.117 patients were selected as their diagnosis?therapy?review and retreatment of prostate cancer were all in our hospital and the material of pathology and cancer prognosis were analyzed.As the different TNM stages,patients were divided into RP group and endocrinotherapy group.RP group had 57 cases and endocrinotherapy group had 60 cases.The cancer prognosis of RP group was no progress and recurrence metastasis,the prognosis of endocrinotherapy group was no progress and CRPC metastasis.The statistic analysis was performed for expression of P504s?P63 and Ki-67 in prostate cancer?Gleason with cancer prognosis of all patients.Results:40 patients was no progress and 17 patients was recurrence metastasis in RP group;10 patients was no progress and 50 patients was CRPC metastasis in endocrinotherapy group.The Spearman nonparametric correlation analysis was performed for expression of P504s?P63 and Ki-67 in prostate cancer?Gleason with cancer prognosis of RP group patients.The correlations of P504 s was 0.758,P=0.000<0.05;P63 was-0.727,P=0.000<0.05;Ki-67 was 0.820,P=0.000<0.05;Gleason was 0.589,P=0.000<0.05.For the endocrinotherapy group,the correlations of P504 s was 0.634,P=0.000<0.05;P63 was-0.682,P=0.000<0.05;Ki-67 was 0.716,P=0.000<0.05;Gleason was 0.673,P=0.000<0.05.It was proved that expression of P504 s ? Ki-67 ? Gleason and prostate cancer recurrence metastasis was positively correlated,expression of P63 and prostate cancer recurrence metastasis was negatively correlated.To forecast the prognosis of prostate cancer,the ability of P504s?P63 and Ki-67 may be stronger than Gleason.Conclusion:The expression of P504s?P63 and Ki-67 in prostate cancer with prognosis and metastasis of cancer was closely correlated.The higher of expression of P504s?Ki-67,the worse of cancer prognosis,the higher of expression of P63,the better of cancer prognosis.Compared with Gleason,P504 s ? P63 and Ki-67 may be the more accurate molecular biological indicator to forecast the prognosis of prostate cancer.
