Objective:1.To study the expression of CK34?E12,P63 and P504 S as immunohistochemistry markers in benign prostate hyperplasia and prostate cancer, and to explore the application of combined immunohistochemistry in the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer.2.By analyzing the positive expression rates of CK34?E12,P63 and P504 S in different Gleason grading scores of prostate cancer, the possibility of using the three methods for assessing the prognosis of patients with prostate cancer was discussed.Methods:1.The patients with prostate disease who were treated in the Affiliate Hospital of JiNing Medical University from January 2015 to December2016 were retrospectively reviewed.A total of 60 patients who had been diagnosed with prostate cancer were selected as experimental group and90 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected as the control group. The histopathological changes of the two groups were observed by routine HE staining. The expression of CK34?E12,P63 and P504 S were observed by immunohistochemical staining. To collect the expressions of CK34?E12,P63 and P504 S,Gleason grading score,PSA and other information.2.The expression of CK34?E12,P63 and P504 S in the two kinds of prostate diseases and the correlation between CK34?E12,P63 and P504 S and the Gleason score of prostate cancer were statistically analyzed. All the data were analyzed by ?2 texts and SPSS18.0 software,Differences with P<0.05 were considered as significant.Results:1.The positive expression rates of CK34?E12,P63 and P504 S in benign prostatic hyperplasia were 96.7%,98.9% and 1.6%,while that in prostate cancer tissues were 6.7%,3.3% and 93.3%,.There were Significant differences between them(P <0.05).2.The positive expression rates of P504 S in prostate cancer tissues with different Gleason grades were 76.9%(2-4),94.4%(5-6)and 100%(7-10),and the results were significantly different P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of P63 and CK34?E12 in prostate cancer tissues with different Gleason grades(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression of CK34?E12,P63 and P504 S in prostate cancer tissues and benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues was significantly different, and the difference was statistically significant, which could be used as a reliable index for clinical detection and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant benign prostatic diseases.2.The combined detection of CK34?E12,P63 and P504 S has important clinical significance for improving the accuracy of early diagnosis of prostate cancer.3.The positive expression rate of P504 S was significantly correlated with different Gleason grading scores, suggesting that P504 S could be used as an independent indicator to assess the development and prognosis of prostate cancer.
