1.Purpose:This research as a whole,the organization and so on comprehensive evaluation of different interventions for diabetes vascular lesions in model rats and the effect of especially focused on which,to Fuxie theory as the instruction of shenqi compound intervention metabolic memory,protection and exploration on the mechanism of action of large blood vessels.2.Method:Will only clean level 40 male SD rats and randomly divided into two groups.Using high fat and sugar diet and intraperitoneal injection of STZ approach to build model;.The normal group received the same amount of saline.Blood glucose was detected after 72 hours,and the standard for successful modeling was>16.7mmo1/L.Rats with blood glucose reaching the standard were randomly divided into model group,shenqi compound group and metformin group.Specific dosage: 1.44g/kg.d in shenqi compound group,metformin group 0.1g/kg.d,normal group and model group were given normal saline by gavage of 5.0ml/kg.d.After 8 weeks,the morphology of thoracic aorta,blood lipid,OX-LDL,PAI-1,MDA,SOD and AGEs were examined.3.Results:1.General conditions:contrast to the normal group,the rats of the model group showed signs of lethargy,dryer hair color,slower behavioral response,and symptoms of polyphagia,polyuria and emaciation.The general condition of the treatment group was worse than that of the normal group,but it was better than that of the model group.2.Morphology of the thoracic aorta in rats:compared with the normal group,in the model group,vascular endothelial cells were damaged.The morphology of the thoracic aorta in the treatment group was improved,the endothelial cells were slightly swollen,a few foam cells were seen,and the damage status was between the normal group and the model group.3.Fasting blood glucose and lipid levels in rats:Building before drug intervention group rats fasting glucose levels increased greatly in the normal group(P<0.01);After using drugs,which were compared with the model group,treatment group significantly lower fasting glucose levels(P<0.01);Blood fat,compared with normal group,model group,TC,TG level significantly increased(P<0.05);Lipid levels treatment group compared with model group,though a decline,but no significant difference(P>0.05).4.Levels of OX-LDL,PAI-1,MDA,SOD and AGEs in rats:Compared with n ormal group,model group rats OX-LDL,which content increased significantly(P<0.01),PAI-1 content significantly increased(P<0.05),although the MDA level has increased but no significant difference(P>0.05),SOD content was largely re duced(P<0.01);Contrust with model group,metformin group OX-LDL decreased t o a great extent(P<0.01),SOD content increase significantly(P<0.01),PAI-1,MD A and which level have fallen,but the difference is not significant(P>0.05);Co mpared with model group,shenqi compound group of PAI-1 content decreased s ignificantly(P<0.05),serum OX-LDL,reduce levels of MDA,which improve SODcontent,but all move closer to model group(P>0.05).4.Conclusion:1.Shenqi compound can affect the mental state,behavioral response and oth er general conditions of diabetic rats with macrovascular disease,and reduce the corresponding symptoms.2.Shenqi compound guided by the Fuxie theory can protect large blood ve ssels by reducing AGEs and blocking metabolic memory.
