Objective the purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of ruojiao liujunjunzi combined with zuogui decoction in the treatment of vascular vertigo in a randomized and controlled manner,so as to provide a safe and effective treatment for patients with vascular vertigo. Methods in this study,74 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(37 cases)and control group(37 cases). The treatment group was treated with gastrodin injection plus radix paeoniae root, liujunjunzi and zuoguiyin, and the control group was treated with gastrodin injection. The course of treatment was 2 weeks in both groups, and the symptom relief of patients in both groups was evaluated.During the treatment, the quantitative data of vertigo rating scale, vertigo clinical symptom rating scale and vertigo disability scale were collected.During the experiment, all subjects were tested for blood routine, coagulation function, blood lipid, liver and kidney function,TCD,etc.,to master the basic physical condition of the subjects,so as to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two treatment regiments in this study.Follow-up and management of adverse drug events during the trial.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used to analyze the experimental data and discuss the results.Results1.The total effective rate of the control group was 77%,and that of the treatment group was 92%.According to the data analysis, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition, the cure rate and apparent efficiency of the treatment group was 65%,and that of the control group was 40%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.2.The comparison of TCM syndrome scores showed that the differences between the two groups before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Before and after comparison of TCD indicators in the two groups, there were statistically significant differences in Vm,PI and RI of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparison between groups showed that the PI degree of improvement of left vertebral artery and basilar artery in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.The scores of DARS,HAD and DHI in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The two groups of drugs were safe in the test.Conclusion1.Both groups had obvious therapeutic effect on all symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, but in the control group, the addition of guishaoliujunzi and zuoguiyin in the treatment plan had a better therapeutic effect, that is,the treatment plan of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.The scores of improvement of TCM symptoms in the two groups were compared, and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The score of DARS,HAD and DHI in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.The blood flow of vertebrobasilar can be improved by the combination of guishaoliujunzi and zuoguiyin.5.guishaoliujunzi and zuoguiyin are safe and effective in the adjuvant treatment of vascular vertigo, which are suitable for clinical promotion.
