Objective:Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,this study observed the clinical efficacy of back-shu points massage combined with chiropractic in the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony epigastric pain,and the principle of the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony epigastric pain with the massage of back-shu points and chiropractic was preliminarily analyzed and discussed,providing a basis for the clinical application.Methods:Patients were strictly screened according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Patients were informed in detail of the study process and matters needing attention.On the basis of the voluntary principle,patients who were willing to participate in the study were included in the study.According to their sequence,70 patients according to their order were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group,each group of 35 cases.The experimental group was treated with massage at back-shu points combined with chiropractic manipulation,while the control group was treated with routine massage method.The treatment in both groups was once every other day,3 times a week,for 2 weeks,6 times in total.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to record the degree of epigastric pain in all patients before and after treatment,and the variables such as pain frequency,duration and degree were scored,and nimodipine method was used to calculate the efficacy index.The efficacy of individual symptoms other than stomachache was evaluated based on patient reported out-comes(PRO).All data were processed by SPSS26.0 statistical software.Results:1.During the treatment period,4 cases fell off,finally,a total of 66 patients completed 6 treatments were included in statistical analysis,33 cases in each group.2.The gender,age,disease course,pain degree and symptom scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and no significant difference was found(P>0.05).3.After treatment,VAS scores and symptom scores of patients in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups showed that VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in score of epigastric pain(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 84.8%,and that of the control group was 63.6%.There was a difference between the two(P<0.05).5.In terms of the improvement of 4 symptoms,such as flank swelling pain,chest tightness,easy sighing and insomnia,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the curative effect of chest tightness and insomnia(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.The method of massage of back-shu points combined with chiropractic,and the routine massage method both have a definite effect on the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony epigastric pain.2.In the experimental group,the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony type epigastric pain with back-shu points massage combined with chiropractic treatment had better clinical efficacy,and was more advantageous in improving the patients' existing 4 secondary symptoms: flank swelling pain,chest tightness,easy sighing and insomnia.3.The treatment of liver-stomach disharmony epigastric pain with back-shu points massage combined with chiropractic is safe and reliable,with no obvious adverse reactions.
