Clinical Observationon The Efficacy Of Scalp Acupuncture And Stomach In Treating Epigastric Pain

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on the treatment of liver and stomach disharmony type of epigastric pain with scalp acupuncture emotional area and stomach area combine with conventional acupuncture,and to explore the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture emotional area and stomach area combine with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of liver and stomach disharmony type of epigastric pain.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given basic treatment according to the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.The control group received conventional acupuncture treatment.The selected points were Zhongwan,Neiguan,Zusanli,Gongsun,Qimen,and Taichong.The treatment group used the scalp acupuncture emotional area and stomach area combine with conventional acupuncture which as same as control group..Observed the clinic manifestation and improvement of liver and stomach disharmony type of epigastric pain before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment;observed before and after treatment of depression self-rating scale(SDS)to assess the improvement of symptoms.Result:1 The general data before the two groups of patients were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),and they were comparable.2 Depression self-assessment scale comparison(SDS):Before treatment,the two groups of patients had self-rating depression self-rating scales,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),and they were comparable.After 2 weeks of treatment,compared with pre-treatment SDS scores,the scores of both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);The SDS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after 2 weeks of treatment,The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment compared with pre-treatment SDS scores,the scores of both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The SDS score of the treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment was lower than that of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)?3 Comparison of symptom scores of gastric and gastric dyspepsia:Before treatment,the total symptom scores of the two groups of patients were not statistically different(P>0.05),Comparable?There was a decrease in the eight symptom scores of gastric dyspepsia before and after treatment for 2 weeks after treatment,The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);After treatment for 2 weeks,the symptom scores of gastric and gastric dyspepsia in the treatment group were less than that of the control group in the pain or fullness of stomach cramps,pantothenic acid,good rest,and emotional depression,The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),Other symptom scores were not statistically significant compared with the control group(p>0.05);There was a decrease in the eight symptom scores of gastric dyspepsia after treatment for 4 weeks and before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);After treatment for 4 weeks,the symptom scores of liver-gastric incompatibility-type gastric analgesia in the treatment group were significantly lower in the stomach cramps or fullness,chest pain and pain,pantothenic acid,good fortune,emotional depression,and phlegm and phlegm.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),Other symptom scores compared with the control group,Not statistically significant(p>0.05)?4 Total score of symptoms:After treatment,the total scores of symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),The total score of symptoms in the treatment group after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment decreased more significantly than that of the control group,Differences are statistically significant(p<0.05)?Conclusions:Head emotional area acupuncture group,stomach area combined with conventional acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture therapy group all have clinical curative effect for the treatment of liver-gastric disharmony gastric pain,However,the former is superior to the latter in the treatment of stomach fullness or pain,chest pain,pantothenic acid,good fortune,emotional depression,belching symptoms,with better clinical efficacy?...
