Analysis Of 18 Cases Of Microcapsule Lymphatic Malformation Of Tongue Treated By Local Injection Of Bleomycin Combined With Triamcinolone Acetonide

Objective:To analyze and summarize the curative effect of bleomycin combined with triamcinolone acetonide local injection in 18 children with lingual lymphatic malformation,so as to provide reference basis for clinical application.Methods:The clinical data of 18 children with lingual microcystic lymphatic malformation treated by local injection of bleomycin combined with triamcinolone acetonide from January 2000 to June 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.The curative effect was observed and the recurrence and adverse reactions were followed up to evaluate the efficacy and safety and summarize the treatment experience.Results:After treatment,the tumor body of all children disappeared obviously,the tongue body of children with giant tongue decreased obviously,and 18 children reached the standard of "recovery".During thefollow-up period,there was no obvious scar formation of tongue body,no obvious tongue dysfunction,swallowing and chewing.Breathing and pronunciation are basically normal or close to normal.A total of 76 injections were given in 18 children,with an average of 4.22 times per case.The average dosage of bleomycin was 1.25 mg,and triamcinolone acetonide was 7.45 mg.After treatment,there were no serious adverse reactions such as infection,allergy,tongue ulceration,bleeding and pulmonary fibrosis,only 2 cases had mild to moderate fever.Conclusion:Local injection of bleomycin combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of tongue microcystic lymphatic malformation has the advantages of high cure rate,less adverse reactions,definite curative effect,less trauma,safety and reliability,and can avoid tongue trauma caused by operation.It is worthy of clinical application.
