Objective:To study the relationship between succinate dehydrogenaseB(SDHB)expression and microvascular density(MVD)in gastric cancer and its effect on prognosis.Methods:To collect,Anhui Medical University from 2010 to 2011 in the fourth affiliated hospital of general surgery surgical excision specimens,91 cases of gastric cancer,gastric cancer tissues by immunohistochemical method SDHB,Hypoxia inducing factor 1(Hypoxia-inducible factor 1,HIF-1),CD34,Ki-67 expression,by CD34 expression,counting the tumor MVD,comparative SDHB,HIF-1 and MVD expression in gastric cancer tissue and the relationship between clinical pathological factors,analysis SDHB with HIF-1,SDHB and MVD,The relationship between HIF-1and MVD,SDHB,HIF-1 and Ki-67 were analyzed,and the relationship between SDHB,HIF-1 and Ki-67 and prognosis was statistically analyzed.Results:The expression of SDHB protein in gastric cancer was negative 23.1%,25%(?~2=0.022,P=0.882).The positive rate of HIF-1 in gastric cancer was 57.1%,and the positive rate was 50%(?~2=0.220,P=0.639).In gastric cancer,MVD was 78.66 soil57.43 and 43.00 soil 21.95(F=10.241,P<0.01).In the analysis of SDHB,HIF-1,MVD and clinicopathological factors in gastric cancer tissues,SDHB was correlated with the depth of infiltration and histological type(P<0.05),but not with gender,age,lesion site,general type,mass size,degree of differentiation,vascular thrombous tumor,and metastasis(P>0.05).HIF-1 was independent of gender,age,lesion site,gross type,mass size,infiltration depth,histological type,degree of differentiation,vascular thrombus,and metastasis(P>0.05).MVD was not correlated with gender,age,lesion site,gross type,mass size,infiltration depth,histological type,degree of differentiation,vascular thrombus,or metastasis(P>0.05).The difference in SDHB and HIF-1 expression in gastric cancer tissues was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference in SDHB and MVD expression was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in HIF-1 and MVD expression was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:SDHB is related to MVD in gastric cancer,which affects angiogenesis.SDHB is related to tumor invasion and affects tumor progression.SDHB is related to Ki-67 and affects tumor proliferation.SDHB and HIF-1 were not related to the prognosis of patients,but Ki-67 was related to the prognosis of patients.
