Tourism,as a sort of advanced human's needs,is a social phenomenon,an economic phenomenon,but also a cultural phenomenon according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs.Therefore it is obvious that cultural tourism is becoming a hot way of tourism,the tourism industry and cultural industry also close together increasingly,which have a profound impact on social development.Currently,the tourist market of Fujian province continues to expand,'fresh Fujian" has become the flagship of the province's tourism marketing theme,and its cultural tourism is especially attracting the attention of tourists.A series of innovative tourism marketing initiatives have also achieved remarkable results.Among the whole province,Hakka region in the west of Fujian province has developed a few influential cultural tourism products,but relatively speaking,its subject is single.Thus,in terms of supply and demand in the current market situation,continuing to dig deeper cultural connotation of regional tourism resources,to create more attractive and influential cultural tourism products,so as to improve the overall strength of cultural tourism industry in the west of Fujian province,which is the content of this paper to explore.Based on the theoretical foundation of cultural tourism and the RMIP method,this paper analyzed and classified Hakka cultural tourism resources in the west of Fujian province,made a SWOT analysis and an analysis about tourist market in this region while the overall analysis of its cultural tourism image was also positioned.Given those analysis above,this paper discussed the development strategy of its cultural tourism and put forward to topic-based cultural tourism products according to the common classification method on tourism products.What is more,about the current situation of cultural tourism commodity was also discussed in this study,thus the related measures was proposed,hoping for playing a certain reference for the overall development of Hakka cultural tourism in the west of Fujian province.
