Hakka culture as an unique regional culture of Han nationality,has begun to enter into "the development of The Belt and Road" at the same time,with the vigorous development of Hakka culture tourism has brought more and more fierce competition.How to enhance the tourist attraction to improve tourist satisfaction is an important research content.From the view of tourist satisfaction to provide theoretical guidance to enhance the core competitiveness of tourism destination and improve tourism destination construction.It can effectively solve problems in planning,development,management and marketing of Hakka cultural tourism destinations and provide guidance.The integration of Hakka cultural tourism into the "Belt and Road" provides a theoretical basis.At present,the research on Hakka cultural tourism has received extensive attention from the academic community,but its research results mainly focus on the Hakka region tourism cooperation,the use of Hakka cultural tourism resources and product development,etc.The research methods are mostly descriptive and conceptual analysis.For the majority,quantitative analysis is rarely used;there is little attention paid to research on the satisfaction of tourists in Hakka cultural tourism destinations,and the research results are few and far from meeting the needs of practice guidance.Tourist satisfaction has become a “measurer” for the competitiveness of tourism destinations.How to increase the attraction of tourist destinations to tourists has become the key to its sustainable development.To measure the competitiveness of Hakka cultural tourism destinations,measuring its tourist satisfaction is a necessary measure.The traditional tourism destination tourist satisfaction research data comes from questionnaires with certain limitations.With the development of the Internet,tourists tend to use network comments to express their perceptions of destinations,and online reviews can be used to obtain any time period.The content of local tourists' satisfaction evaluation is efficient and convenient;and social networking also increasingly influences tourists' travel decisions and behaviors.In view of this,from the perspective of tourist satisfaction,this paper takes three regions of Chuzhou,Meizhou and Longyan as the research objects,obtains the relevant tourist review data on the OTA website through data mining technology,and uses content analysis method and ROSTCM software to mainly empathize with the tourist review data.Based on the results of previous studies and considering the characteristics of Hakka culture,the index system of Hakka culture visitor satisfaction was constructed.The spatial differences of visitor satisfaction in the case area were analyzed and compared with the questionnaire survey data.The degree of satisfaction and perceived distance from the tourists were analyzed.This paper analyzes the factors of Hakka cultural tourism destination space competition and attempts to reduce the singleness and error of the source of data samples by combining online review data and questionnaire data,so as to make up for this defect through the combination of the two data,so that The evaluation results of tourists' satisfaction are more accurate and comprehensive.The factors that affect the satisfaction of Hakka cultural tourism destinations are studied through IPA model,and then the countermeasures and suggestions for improving tourist satisfaction are proposed.From the dimension of space,sustainable development of Hakka cultural tourism destinations can be achieved.Provide theoretical basis.
