This practice report is based on the author's interpreting experience of 2015 Inspiration Morn Musical Workshop in Guangzhou(MWGZ).All the cases are taken from the dictation of the class interpreting recording materials.The main body of this report consists of three parts:task description,process description and case study.In Chapter One,the general practice and three involved parties are introduced with task requirements.In Chapter Two,the whole process of the task is described in 1)pre-task preparation through background knowledge and glossary collection;2)interpreting conducting with the final preparation and features and obstacles analysis during class interpreting;3)a post-task summary with evaluations.In Chapter Three,with theoretical basis of Effort Models,interpretive theory and correlation theories,typical errors,including misinterpreting,omission and lack of language fluency,are analyzed in cases;strategies of information re-organization,amplification and reduction in interpreting,and effective participation in interactive activities for obstacles in class interpreting are supplied from the perspectives of the subjectivity of the interpreter and his/her multiple roles in such kind of interpreting.In the end,a comprehensive conclusion is made for future study and an experience reference for fellow interpreters.
