With the advent of the Internet information age,the rapid development of science and technology make computer-assisted language learning technology increasingly improved,diversified language-learning gradually permeate people's learning life,the traditional classroom teaching which is limited by the space,time,the number of students and many other conditions,has begun to face challenges.The language teaching on the Internet with its interactivity,flexibility and the greatest degree of flexibility is a good way to solve these problems.On the other hand,the opening of the economic make more frequent exchanges between countries,consumers are more closely involved in language learning.English,a language that is the most widely used around the world,has been urgently needed.So a variety of English teaching websites appear,many of the current English education web interface consist of too much buttons and dispersed content.Learners have to jump between pages in order to obtain required information,which bring diffculty of intergration into situation.All unnecessary operations disperse learners attention and increase fatigue,and are likely to cause negative emotions.Many English education website interface design inevitably face the same question,the lack of user-friendly interface design feelings,resulting in network users' learning motivation a serious shortage of enthusiasm.Against the lack of motivation to learn,this article study of the intrinsic properties of the web learning and language learning upon the flow theory,the relationship between the above-mentioned and the causal factors.We found that on web language learning activities,the flow experience is one of the driving factors leading to people's inherent emotion,which allows people to join in the ecstasy and lasting learning process,so as to enrich the English education website experience,enhanced learners with exploratory and positive behavior.The innovative features of this paper are to study around the flow experience,building a causal model of flow experience from online learning activities and language learning activities,firstly explore the conditions and process of web learning through the web learning theory and the web information processing theory,secondly study the internal mechanisms and flow model of language learning from emotional factors and cognitive characteristics.Finally by using the various researching way,such as user interviews,questionnaires and scenario,probing into the behavior patterns and user demand for English education site.Thus initialy conclude the causal model of English education websites' interface based on combination of web interface theoretical methods and guidelines related to the design,then in view of the strategic level,range layer,frame layer,structural layer,presentation layer interface summing up the five dimensions of English education website design strategy and apply it to the design programme.
