Under the stimulation of commercial and handicraft industry,the economic development of Yingkou in modern times was rapid and became an important commercial port in the northeastern region.Yingkou also attracted more traders from inside and outside to engage in trade management.In this virtuous circle,Yingkou trade development gradually flourished.Which rail transport and carriage transport is to support Yingkou trade important means of land transport,and promote the Yingkou trade economy growth.However,due to the discussion of Yingkou main trade object for the United States,so Yingkou port trade development is the main focus of the article.Yingkou Port in 1861 to become the first modern northeast of the opening of the port of commerce.But it was not until the 1870 s that Yingkou port had a preliminary trade contact with the United States.Through the massive export of cotton textiles,the United States became the main foreign trade country in Yingkou Port in the 1880 s.In 1895 around ushered in Yingkou port and the United States trade golden age.With the gradual importation of American goods,the United States became a major importer of some of the more weak commodities of cotton,kerosene and so on in Yingkou Port before the 1920 s.In 1931,trade activities between Yingkou Port and the United States were interrupted.In general,Yingkou Port and the United States trade activities,first broke the British goods in the Yingkou port trade market monopoly;Secondly,with the continued trade activities,the US trade activities to some extent changed the Yingkou and surrounding Area of the original business development track.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the geographical environment of Yingkou and the development of Yingkou trade.The second part discusses in detail the main process of Yingkou port trade with the United States,through the finishing of the relevant trade information,this period of trade activities is divided into four stages: the first stage of Yingkou port to the 1880 s before the brief The introduction of the Yingkou Port Sino-US trade in the initial development of the situation;the second stage of the 1880 s to the Russo-Japanese War before the United States defeated the United Kingdom became Yingkou cotton textile exporting countries,the same period the overall trade volume also showed growth,it can be said that this period Yingkou Port of the United States trade in the "golden age";the third stage of the Russo-Japanese War to the end of World War I,through the trade figures we can see that this stage of Yingkou port trade with the United States began to decline;the fourth stage of 1920-1931 years,this period due to various reasons led to Yingkou Port of the United States on the rapid decline of trade process.The third part mainly analyzes the reasons why Yingkou Port and the United States trade decline at four times: one is that the northeastern government at that time has neglected the construction and management of the basic aspects of Yingkou Port due to the lack of funds and the lack of attention to the development of port trade.Second,because the northeast region is not the United States in China's major development areas,so its political forces in the northeast weaker than Japan and Russia,so the development of trade by the two countries of the constraints;the third of the Northeast because of the turbulence,Any change in politics and the military has had a huge impact on the development of Yingkou's financial industry,especially in the complex financial environment in which the multinational currency is circulating in the market;the last point is that Japan's "Dalian centrism" Policy to the port of Hong Kong and the United States trade brought a devastating blow,leading to the decline of trade with the United States to become a foregone conclusion.The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of trade in the port of Yingkou from 1861 to 1931 and analyzes the impact of trade.The last part summarizes trade with the United States from 1861 to 1931.
