The Application Of Stick Figure As A Teaching Assistant Method In TCFL

In recent years,the application of stick figure has attracted more and more attention in the primary and secondary education which has formed a special application area:Teaching Stick Figure.However,most of existing research have been concentrated in teaching English.It showed deficiently in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language(TCFL).There are few document datum.Researchers only gave brief comments about Stick Figure when they mentioned about the teaching skills of TCFL.They barely discussed on the specific methods operation.In view of this,taking the feeling and comprehension of teaching life in Thailand as the breakthrough point,and based on the current theories,this paper tries to divide the teaching process into three parts:teaching preparation,teaching design and classroom teaching.At the stage of classroom teaching,it is subdivided into two parts:using pictures as auxiliary means to explain the content and testing teaching results.Paper further discusses the application of Stick Figure as a teaching assistant method in TCFL.And I hope to demonstrate the application of stick figure in the real teaching environment through some specific cases.Finally,this paper tries to eflect on the effection of using stick figure according to the evaluation of teaching effect and the observation teaching process.Meanwhile,through questionnaire,this paper comprehends the application of Stick Figure in Thailand Phayaophittayakhom School and analyses the teachers and students'attitudes towards the Teaching Stick Figure.Based on the datum,this paper also discusses the possibility of the application in practical teaching.
