Since The third Plenary proposed “Culture Strength”,culture media industry not only plays the important role in economy development,but also has the biggest significance in culture building.With lots of investors pursuing culture media industry,it promotes more and more competitive in this industry.Rapidly change of new technology makes uncertain of corporate stategy and operation decisions.New technology changes buiness model,products,organizational structure,market,sales strategies and also promotes culture media industry to examine their own problems,rapidly changed circumstance.Fierce competition and innovation both make culture media face dozens of difficulties.So,listed enterprises need performance evalutation to find out existed problems and shortcomings,while coming up with some suggestions.This paper used Fator Analysis,putting various index into several factors to perfomance evaluation and continuing to cluster analysis.Getting rid of sample fraud causing evalutaion results unaccurate,the paper also putted samples to evaluation value added(EVA)for further performance evaluation.Compared with accounting evalutaion performance results,paper proposed some suggestions.Paper mainly included the following parts:This first chapter“Introduction”,presents culture media industry evaluation performance research background and research significance.Domestic and foreign enterprises performance evaluation papers have been conducted.Also introduced innovations and weak points of the research.The second chapter“Theory of enterprise performance evalutaion”,presents relevant concepts,theories and evaluation methods.The third chapter“culture media listed companies evaluation performance research design and methodology”,introduced samples,variables and adopted method.According to Industry classification of the China Securities Regulatory Commission,the paper puts R85,R86,R87,R89 as culture media industry,selecting December 31,2013 A-share listed companies as selected samples,excluding incomplete data listed enterprises.At the end,paper choosed 35 listed companies as research sample and 2016 annual report data as accounting data.According to culture media enterprises' characteristics and principles,paper choosed 14 accounting indexes to research performance evaluation.Also introduced Factor Analysis concept,model,advantages and procedures,Cluster Analysis theory,procedures and concept,Evaluation Value Added(EVA)concept,merits and procedures.The fourth chapter“culture media listed enterprises empirical analysis”,states the whole process of empirical analysis and the conclusion.Paper first used SPSS 19.0 to Factor analysis,second to cluster analysis and also putted 35 samples to Evaluation Value Added and cluster analysis.The fifth chapter“Conclusion and Suggestion”,presents the research conclusion,analyzes outcome and puts forward some suggestions.
