A Report On The Escort Interpreting Of 2017 World Sport Events And Tourism Summit China Yangzhou Summit Under The Guidance Of The Interpretive Theory

With the development of tourism and sports industry which is called "Sunrise Industry" in the modern society,more and more people are paying attention to it.Tourism and sport summits are hosted all over the world.Few similar summits are hosted in China,which brings not only opportunities but challenges to interpreters.The author attended the World Sport events and Tourism Summit 2017 Yangzhou Summit as an interpreter.This is a practical report on escort interpreting at the Summit.Under the guidance of the interpretive theory,this report aims to further study the difficulties and the training of interpreters,providing reference for similar studies in the future.This report is divided into four parts.The first part illustrates the interpreting practice;the second part describes the process of the interpreting practice and the introduction to the theoretical basis of the thesis;the third part presents some case studies of this interpreting practice and the last part concludes the shortcomings of this task and provides corresponding remedies.
